When I called to see if they would have the battery my SUV required, the friendly voice on the phone said yes, come on in. As I arrived a few minutes later, I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 or 4 young men opening the overhead door and waving me in. Before I could even get out of the car, they were scanning the VIN and opening the hood. I was directed to the waiting area and offered coffee and water. As I was ready to settle in, one of the guys came in and said the battery in my car checked out in great condition and I am good to go. For whatever flukey reason it hadn't started earlier, I had assurance to proceed on my roadtrip, as everything looked good. There was absolutely no charge and 100% excellent customer service. I'll definitely come back to this location next time I need anything else done on my vehicle. Thank you Eric, Jay and Ron- hopefully I got your names right. You turned a rough start to my day into a happy ending by jumping right in to solve my dilemma. Great service!!

While checking my air filter the girl that was putting it back together was using a power drill to replace the screws to the air box was using it in reverse....stripping the screw heads and damaging the corner of the such said box, and price with a deep discount was over a hundred forty dollars.
