This gas station does not allow customers to use their passports to purchase cigarettes if a manager is not there. Usually managers are not there past a certain hour. I am not sure what non-Americans or people who do not have a US driving license or tourists are supposed to do? Disappointing. Will not be returning. read more

This place sucks so bad I can't even put it into words. I've been coming here for six years and the service has gotten from bad to worse. Can't even sell me tobacco products even after I present a FEDERALLY ISSUED VALID ID! Are you f***ing kidding me?! Is that even legal? I was told it's their policy. Well your policy sucks balls. I will be filing a complaint with the state and BP in general and make them aware of these asinine "policies" might as well just put a big sign up that says "we don't want your money" If you smoke, vape, or purchase any other tobacco-related products I IMPLORE you to AVOID this place! They don't value their customers. Instead go to the Marathon gas station less than half a mile away, down the road (to the south/towards the Deer Park Town Center) not only are the prices cheaper, they have a cigarette drive thru (really!) so you don't have to leave your car and no BULL-sh*# "policy" you won't waste your time like you will here! read more

I've been going to this gas station for years. Their prices are 99% of the time the least expensive within the area. I think only Costco beats their gas prices (but with Costco, you have to be a member to get their gas). The attendants inside are always polite. read more

Employees are rude, smug and do not greet or thank you. I asked about the difference between two fuel injector products and inquired about the difference, all 5 employees working behind the registers couldn't answer. This gas station should be ashamed of themselves. Finally, Im driving on a ticket that I am contesting, I have the ticket in hand along with a Federal ID. Im 40 years old and have a gray beard. They refused to sell me a pack of cigarettes, as if I'm under 18 years old. No judgement in the least. Dirty bathrooms, this place is a joke. I'll be sure to fill up my 100 gallons of diesel somewhere else from now in my fleet of trucks. Terrible. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at the corner Quentin and Rand Road. I have been getting gas and grocery items there for the last 32 years. Today is my last day and I encourage all to find a new stop. The rudeness and attitude of the young people behind the counter is what attributes to what's wrong in this world. Worst customer service I've ever had! I wish I could document the rude lady's name at the cashier because she's the reason for the 1 star, however I was told "not to worry about it" after she tells me that her cashier isn't open, however there is no other cashier present helping customers! I stopped in for an English Toffee cappuccino and the only thing that came out of the machine was hot water. They had no place to dump the hot water, so I got another cup and chose another flavor. When I went to the cashier to pay, I showed her the hot water and told her that that the English Toffee was not working properly. I thought that I was doing them a favor by pointing out that the machine was defective. Instead, she charged me 25 cents for the extra cup! I suppose I could have poured the hot water on the towels they had laid out under the spouts of the cappuccino machine, but that would have created more work for the staff there, so I tried to do the right thing. I agree with other customer reviews that the employees are rude. I will be getting my gas and my cappuccino elsewhere in the future. read more

Consistently the lowest priced gas in a 7-mile radius (Costco excluded.) Other perks here is free air, nice snack selection, and those 2 hot dogs for $2.49! But beware of a few slow pumps because of dirty filters they tell me. A few times it took me 12 to 15 minutes to pump 17 gallons! read more

If you need a job and you don't have the first clue about what good customer service is, apply here. There vision is who can be the rudest. Not only rude but down right threatening. Gas may be cheap but definitely not worth the treatment. You need to send your employees to a class and teach them some. If you don't believe me read some comments from the BP wed site. This seems to be the same at most BP's. I was also told by one of the employees he didn't care if he was rude. If you taught your staff how to act you probably wouldn't have to sell your gas so cheap. read more

There is not much I want in a Gas Station but most of them fail the basics. Not this location. Always fair prices on gas usually the lowest in the area. When you pay at the pump the receipt printers always have paper.(This is a bigee for me) Facility is always clean. Staff inside is pleasant and friendly. Getting back out on to 12 is a bit challenging with how busy the intersection is. Sometimes I have to head down Quentin and turn back around to get to 12. The sacrifice seems worth it to me. read more

Yesterday I stopped to purchase gas. The pump was unable to read my debit card, so I went in and purchased through the cashier. Because I was uncertain of the amount of gas I needed to fill my tank, I purchased an even $50.00 worth of gas. Much to my surprise they charged me twice. When I phoned today to try and determine how we could fix the situation, the phone was answered by someone who was rude, would not tell me his name and let me know he wasn't working yesterday so it wasn't his fault. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't there and the person answering the phone said he couldn't talk to me and hung up. A less than desirable response. read more

I buy 90% of my gas at this station. Usually the best price around. Even cheaper than Costco sometimes where you have to pay for membership! Their coffee is also good. They have a good rewards program for coffee. I think it's buy 5 get 1 free. A good deal. read more

This is the worst BP I have ever been too! I have an Ohio ID at the moment but I have been going into this BP in Illinois every 2 weeks for the past 6 months to buy a carton of cigarets for my husband. This past time a Mexican lady took my ID and couldn't get it to scan on the register. She said do you have another ID? Ummmm no I don't!!! well I can't get your ID to scan and my manager is not here right now so I can't sell you cigarets!! Ummmma you can't sell me cigarets because YOU can't get my ID to scan??? Then she went on to say that the registers only take Illinois ID's .... So you mean to tell me you are 20 minutes from Wisconsin and NO one has ever came in here with a Wisconsin ID before to buy cigarets??? And if the policy is that a manager has to approve ID's that you can't get to scan, then why is there not a manager there at all times??? I dive 25 minutes from my home to go to the BP because I love the prices... BUT I will never again go into this BP!!! read more
