If you are an unlimited member, you can zip right through but if you're taking just one car wash, prepare to wait a very long time. Haven't had a car wash all winter. 1st time at this delta sonic ever. Signed up for the UNLIMITED car wash plan. Went through 4 times total only because the first time it was not the unlimited level wash and didn't wash the underneath of my car and again I haven't had a wash in a very long time. After getting out I had an aggressive man walk up to me and tell me I cannot go through the car wash that many times. He said, "It's supposed to be 1 a day". 1. That's NOT unlimited, false advertising 2. I've had the unlimited at a different delta sonic and I always went through at least twice and no one ever made me feel uncomfortable. 3. PSA, do not use Apple Cash at to buy anything at Delta Sonic. They will double charge and you may not get back your money. I used Apple Cash, which is not the same as Apple Pay, to pay for $10.33 worth of stuff. After I was rung up and paid with Apple Cash, I watched in real-time $10.33 deducted from my balance. The register locked up after paying and the clerk said they will have to do over on next cash register. I ask why? II then asked for my money to be returned first. She said my Apple Cash would be refunded later, then charged me again on a different cash register. After calling corporate office, filing a complaint with Apple Cash, 10 days later I still did not get my money back. Went back to store and all they can do is give me a F-ing gift card. 1) If you use Apple Cash, do not let them try charge you twice 2) You do not have to sign if you use Apple Cash, Apple Cash is NOT credit and they already took the money from you 3) After 3 years using Apple Cash, this is the only place I've been scammed $10.33 does not sound like a lot, but if I had stole $10.33 of product from them, they would would call the cops. Delta Sonic needs to learn the customer is always right. I see many many negative reviews because of their condescending attitudes and ignoring people's feelings in our case they are losing a life long customers we probably spend over 500 dollars a year over a 90 dollar upcharge so they will be losing 10000 in revenue rather then just reimburse us as seems to be the case with many complaints lately. Our car was not cleaned very well yet we paid 342 dollars instead of 250 still getting the rude arrogant treatment they would rather lose customers apparently then do right thing 250 dollars is more than enough to clean anything! This is a decent basic wash called the Super Kiss +, normally $23. However, they don't actually do some of the things they claim. I had the "Plus" Wash done today which lists tire dressing as one of the services. No such service was performed. The tires are as gray as they were when I came in. This was the first time I've had the car washed since some messy winter days and the wheel wells still show the remnants of salt from the road. Purchased the Super Interior and wasn't worth the money They failed to vacuum the cargo area and the back of the second row seats. Exterior looked good but failed on interior I purchase the coupon online and there was no mention of the cargo area costing extra. This was never addressed when dropping off the vehicle. I returned home and removed the cargo liner to air out the vehicle since the floor mats were still wet. At that time I saw the driver's side headrest area was never cleaned. To be honest, I think Delta Sonic has become overpriced for the service it offers. It's also higher priced now than what is shown online. @$45 is too high for a simple interior cleaning and a car wash, and it's higher than last year. There were hardly any cars there on a Saturday afternoon in April, so I was in and out pretty quickly, but that's indicative that customers do not feel the value is there anymore. This car wash location is top-notch. They are consistent with their services, and the work never wavers. The staff in all departments are always pleasant. They never seem angry, overworked, or unhappy to be there, which these days is a beautiful thing to see. You often see the same staff on a regular basis which means they don't have a ton of turnover. The managers are easily accessible and always say hello when they pass you by. I recommend the monthly fee for unlimited washes. It REALLY pays! Delta Sonic Unlimited is a scam. This wash used to be unlimited. Now, they have my card on file and if I go thru the wash more than 3/month they increase my price. Not that different from Cable TV jacking up your bill. I have multiple cars with interior and exterior so called unlimited memberships. I use the exterior 1/week per car and exterior 1/quarter per car. They keep creeping up the bill. I call headquarters in Rochester NY and every now and then somebody will listen but it's usually just lip service. Not cool Delta Sonic, you ask me where you want them to concentrate the cleaning on and totally ignore the area after I specially point it out to your guy. Also, no new air freshener after you ask me what scent I want-just left the old one in-geez! I paid for the extra steam/crevice cleaning and so many areas were missed today for the "extra cleaning" service. I had to go back and clean the areas they missed, I don't have time to go back today. Listen, I get that some areas can be missed-but to totally ignore the ONE area I told them needed to be cleaned is why I am writing this review. It wasn't even that busy since I came before 9am so not sure why there was an oversight. I've had the steam cleaning before and they usually do a good job but the last 2 times have been so so and this last time was not good. I cannot say enough good things about Delta Sonic. I've been an unlimited member for about eight years. Over the years, I've developed relationships with employees and managers throughout the establishment. Rafael ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. He knows how much I care about my car and if there are ever any problems or he thinks I am the slightest bit unhappy, he always does what is needed to resolve any problems. Because of how personable he always is, I decided to purchase the unlimited interior monthly package last year. Last month, I was involved in an accident in which another driver ran a red light and totaled my brand new car. I ended up calling Delta to cancel/freeze my memberships as I was left without a car. When I spoke to Rafael on the phone, he was genuinely concerned about not only my car, but my safety as well. After what seemed like forever, I came by today to wash my new ride. I activated all of my memberships and actually had a solid conversation with him. When I picked up my new car, the windows were tinted and the insides were all smudged from the tint installation. I asked if I would be able to skip the interior line and just get a couple of towels to wipe down the smudges since the tints were set. He took it upon himself to do it for me and ensure that my car looked perfect before I left. (With the help of Jonathon (Lvl 3) at the drying station) I really appreciate his ability to be down-to-earth and his attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. I went to use my free oil change I received when I signed up for unlimited wash. The free oil change cost me $10 but that's another story. A couple of days after the oil change I noticed a large oil spot where I park my truck. At first I thought it might be from the oil they spilled on my engine during the oil change but I looked under the truck and seen this tiny oil filter where normally there is a large oil filter for my V10 6.8 liter engine. I started the truck and watched the oil spew from the oil filter seal. I sent a comment to delta sonic and a few days later a rep called me and said they used the right filter and if I want to pursue the matter I should take it up with the store where it happened. My family and I have been going Delta Sonic for over a decade and have the unlimited memberships on all of our vehicles. We have never really had any issues until recently. As of late, every time I been getting my car back from its interior cleaning, a certain employee has been connecting their personal device to my cars Bluetooth system. I really am not one to complain because it didn't want to make it a big deal but this happened multiple times and their device was even saved on my vehicle. Where my issue lies is last week I came in again for my interior cleaning and after my vehicle was returned to me, I was missing my small adapter needed for my phone to connect to my vehicles CarPlay and navigation. Before I notified the manager on site I looked under the seats and carpets just to rule out if it somehow was pulled out accidentally. When I notified the manager on site, he did the same thing and basically had me fill out a form and that they "would investigate". I asked him how they would "investigate" something that essentially happened inside my car even if there are cameras inside the establishment.. Didn't really give me a convincing answer. I had a meeting in the city that day and had to go out of my way to have to get a another adapter in order to use my cars GPS. Whether it was stolen or accidentally misplaced, they really did not take any responsibility and told me they would reach out within 7 days. Its been way over a week. If this is how they are going to treat complains and concerns, then I thinks its best I take my business elsewhere. Update: As expected they refused to take any accountability. Honestly I drove all the way from Mundelein to come to this car wash because they do interior cleaning. At the booth I told the employee I wanted basic cleaning for interior. He convinced me to upgrade for 35.99 with steam cleaning. I gave in so I'd have a nice clean car. They ask me what I would like them to focus on. I told them basic wiping down, cup holders and vacuuming. My car smelled like a DIRTY rag theyd be using over and over all day long. There was still dust on my dashboard and I had to wipe it with a baby wipe. I have a young child so they spill a lot. This business failed to do anything I asked... even when I agreed to upgrade my services. Waste of my money and $6 tip. EDIT: I called this business as they requested me to reach out. As usual the service level at Delta Sonic is terrible! I bought the coupon for the interior cleaning with stream and every time I go in, the wait is about 2 hours! Now that it's the end of the month and the coupon expires on April 30, I asked staff on site and also called their costumer service tonsee if I coukd get an extension on the coupon and was told no. Now if I want to use the coupon, it's useless since now I have to pay full price! This is not the 1st time this has happened to me here. I've been a customer at this location for 30 years! Now all the site cares about is its unlimited customers and not the ones that come when they can when they can afford it! And the automation has brought the quality if the wash downhill. Nope. Just nope. $150 should at least clean my car, and Delta Sonic couldn't even give me that. I came here once before, maybe a year ago, and thought they did an okay job with a basic interior/exterior clean. So when my car had gotten past the point where I felt I could adequately clean it myself, I thought of Delta Sonic for an interior detail. And while I appreciate their "inspection" area at the end, they wouldn't work with me to get my car clean in very noticeably missed areas. The windows were crazy streaky, side mirrors had water spots or hasn't even been cleaned, and there was dirt/dust all over the from dash and steering wheel area. When I asked about hair all over the backseat, the girl told me that was the best they were going to get. When I pointed out dust and dirt all over the front vents, she said "yeah, we don't do anything with the vents," something that doesn't match up with the detail description online. The front cup holders were visibly still dirty with white build-up, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, the girl told me, "yeah, I already sprayed a ton of stuff and it's just not coming up." I said, "okay, I'll get my spray from the back then?" And processed to clean my own car after paying a buttload of money for it to be done by Delta Sonic. Also, the time complaint is real. Their "one hour" express interior detail took over two and a half hours. And after that, it wasn't even clean! Never again. New to actually taking care of my vehicles, I decided to get car wash gift cards with interior cleaning for Christmas. On a cold and snowy day, I though, hey I bet the Delta Sonic will be pretty quiet, lets give it a try. The staff out side were waiting to accommodate me, and were both prompt and courteous. Climbing out of my vehicle, I was immediately offered an upgrade to "detail" the vinyl in the car for an additional $39, I declined because I wanted to see what kind of job they did with just a regular interior cleaning. Left to wait, I explored their comfortable waiting room inside the gas station store and sat in a leather chair, and drank my coffee. Expecting a clean car, I was disappointed when I came out to inspect my Jeep following a 20 minute cleaning session. At the beginning, I was asked if there was an area I wanted them to focus on, and I mentioned the dog hair and the pine needles from a Christmas tree; I had to have them remove what to me was a significant amount of loose dirt from the back of the car after they said they were finished but ultimately left unsatisfied I got value for the cleaning I paid for. Next time, I think I could do a better job myself at the $3 car wash with their free vacuum, it just wasn't worth what I paid for an interior cleaning. read more

Probably the most famous car wash in the area with lots of extra options for customizing the wash (and getting a detailed cleaning). It's big, it's flashy, and it's a fun experience in watching others get their cars washed and sitting through your own. The waiting area is large, well air-conditioned, and has much more items to purchase than the typical car wash. Be careful as lines can be quite long during the summer, much more than you'd see at any other car wash in the area. Part of this is due to the numerous promotions and discounts offered (including unlimited washes). While you probably won't get the most attention and best wash here -- you'll definitely experience a car wash adventure on your visit here. That alone is probably worth a visit at least once. read more

The service we received from your manager ," Priscilla," was less than mediocre. We stopped by to get our car washed, and all of a sudden, the "manager" came with an attitude saying we were not following company policies and that she would cancel our membership. We tried having a conversation with her like civil people do, and she wouldn't listen to a word we said. She just went inside to her office or booth and canceled our membership, saying the credit card was reported stolen and just threw the cancelation receipt at us and said, "Get out of the lot." First of all, a toddler would have more common sense and etiquette on how to treat customers. We contacted our card, and no such thing had happened. This employee will last you no more than six months in this day and age turn out with employees but you lost a client that had been with you for more than a decade over a non-educated person with zero management qualifications on how to treat your customers. read more
