The employees assisting me were rude, impatient, and unhelpful. First I spoke with an older gentlemen (who appeared to be a manager) who looked upset because i stopped underneath the membership code scanner in front of the gate at the entrance. When i rolled down my window to figure out what was wrong, he said "now i can't get out", which would make more sense had they not put the booth exit he was standing in directly in front of the gate. Whatever. I continued to move through the gate into the car wash, when my vehicle's auto-brake kept engaging. I don't typically drive my company car, and the instructions given were unclear. I was told to "drive forward," but it was not explained that they wanted a single press of the gas to disengage the brake. Instead of calmly clarifying, the employee was rude and hostile. As a paying member for years, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication, especially when assisting customers with different vehicle features. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and abrasive. Because of this experience, I'm canceling both my personal and company memberships. Customer service matters, and today's interaction missed the mark entirely.

You are expected to pull in, get your gas, and get moving -- so as not to hold up the line. Prices, like Costco, are much lower that non-Costco gas stations. It's VISA or MasterCard only - no cash, no other credit cards. The station has a lot of pumps and the lines move quickly. If you're a Costco member, you can definitely save money buying Costco gas.

Tonight, and another time about 3 months ago, their fuel pump said my fuel perks redemption was not available. I asked the clerk inside about it and they explained that I need to have made a purchase inside the store in the past to be allowed to redeem my perks. And it needs to be 24 hours after my purchase so I couldn't purchase something right there and then redeem my perks. That didn't work for me since my gas tank was already on fumes. Maybe this is a new policy since GetGo got bought by Circle K, but I don't think it's enforced at all GetGo as I've never bought anything inside the store at the Clintonville and Grandview GetGos and am still able to redeem my perks at those 2 locations. Also, it's silly to force me to buy a drink/snack/whatever at this GetGo since there's a Giant Eagle Market District literally in the same parking lot where the same items are cheaper and earns the same perks! Today it was handy and open. Long line, but it moved quickly. They, like every other carwash place, want you to sign up for a plan, and for some that does make sense. For me, no. And Moo Moo has the cheapest decent single wash of the big chains. Easy choices and payment at the kiosk. Fast lane for members. Friendly staff. And a great wash. I got the Low Fat, I believe, $12 for a basic plus underbody wash. (Yes, cow jokes everywhere.) Lights inside the booth so kids will love it. Free vacuums outside, powerful and with long hoses. Handy. Fast. Good. Reasonably priced. Yes please.
