I asked where the 3rd one is and also both the other ones were not the correct size. I clearly stated I wanted 3 pizzas over the phone and my order was read back. When the problem was not resolved, I ask to speak to manager which is KEN. He did NOT resolve the issue and also laughed on the phone stating he couldn't fix the issue because it was not their fault they didn't get it right. He said he could charge me for a large and small that would make up for the medium incorrect and also the missing pizza. I work in management and I have never experienced such a rude manager. Ken literally laughed and said he had to get back to cooking and hung up. Now we are left to go find pizza somewhere else while hosting a pre k graduation at home. Way to ruin the day.

Claimed she told us at pickup that we weren't charged for the sub, then claimed we were given credit for the sub (neither of which is true). She proceeded to tell us (in an obnoxious and rude tone) that the sub was made the way she likes her subs, NEWS FLASH, customers typically order food the way THEY like it. The rudeness and unprofessional approach was not needed in ANY way. I understand that you may be busy around dinner time (you're a restaurant for goodness sake)....that's also not an acceptable excuse for the way you handled this situation. Will not recommend anyone to go there, if they want to be treated with respect as a paying customer.
