Back in 2018 I had ordered a big bore kit, a ported head, and cams from BP racing. I called to confirm everything would fit my 2018 yamaha grizzly, they said it would, everything showed up and I brought it into a shop to be assembled, and none of it was for my model year. So I got a hold of them and worked out that I could send in my whole motor and they would custom build it. All within the 90 day return window. We'll a couple months to by so I call them and they couldn't find any of my stuff. Then they find it and say they will start on it. So another couple months go by and I call and the mechanic they had is no longer with the company and the new guy has to find my engine. Don't hear back for another month. Well now covid hits and they say it's going to take a while because they're basically shut down. So I give them 6 months with a little bit of communicating and no progress. Finally covid finishes up and I contact them again and they have no idea what I'm talking about with my engine. So I threaten legal action and we finally get rolling with progress. Turns out the casing was too thin to be made into a big bore. They port out my head and offer to cover custom valves. Another 2 months with no update. I call and after about a week of back and forth I demand the info to contact kimblewhite to get direct updates on my valves. They had no idea what I was talking about. I get this all figured out and turns out the ported head won't work because the valves go too deep into the head. So the head is destroyed. Valves are useless because there +2mm and nothing happens with the cams. By now we are over 24 months my quad was in the shop and I was out over 2 grand on motor parts, and I had to pay for a completely new head, shop fees, insurance for the quad because it was under a loan, and make loan payments the entire 2 years that they basically stole my motor. By now the owner and I are Well acquainted and he's offered a full refund and I just want to cut my losses. Well then they hired this new gm to try and fix the company image. (That's what this new guy is telling me.) And he has the audacity to say I should be thankful I'm getting a refund because we're outside the 90 day window. Just otherworldly incompetence and zero awareness to the situation. He was extremely cocky and said he had my refund check and I just needed to text him my address ai he could send it. I texted him while we were on the phone and asked if he recieved the text. He brushed over it and said he'd send the check right away. I never got that check. But I was having my first child, moving into a new house, and I just had enough of them. Besides the 2 years they stole my parts I paid Well over $10k just to get to know these guys. Disappointing experience with this company. Purchased a gasket kit and needed to return it (unopened). Sent them back the items and they refused to give me a refund for about three months after they signed for the return. When they finally decided they would refund my credit card (like they agreed to before I sent the products back) they only issued a partial refund and then stopped responding. Their website states they accept returns of unopened items but expect to spend months trying to get your money back and only part of it if any. read more

The owner is lousy! he does not respect his customers, he takes peoples money and lies about stuff! and then they try to act like it's your fault! and it's their fault! They cost me a lot of money I was getting a 421 rebuilt my bike never been right I have not had my bike now it's been a whole year my bikes been down and I just want to say that, BP Racing is a lousy place! Worst company in the world to deal with!! the worst !! Charged my credit card without my permission when I told them not to. When I told him I just wrote my mortgage check and because they took a large amount of money out of my account without permission my check might now bounce and the owner of the company told me its not there fault if check bounces and I should keep more money in there. Even though I had enough till they charged my card even after I told them not to. I spent 2000 at this place and received all the wrong parts in my kit. I left bad feedback for the owner and his company and he told me I'm not getting back my cylinder core money back either. (300) Send me wrong crank. All wrong gaskets. Owes me 300 in core money. This is hands down the worst company I've ever done business with. And u can put together ur own kits with same parts for a lot less. He wants more for a web cam and lifters then web sells them for. Ur better off doing business anywhere else. Buyer beware. Worst experience of my entire life. Worst customer service I've sever seen. Had to buy all new gaskets that they got wrong costly me more time and money. I can't believe how I was treated after spending nearly 2500 in there store. i ordered a package from this company a full engine rebuild kit for my banshee never received the package I made several claims with ups and PayPal all leading back to them they don't respond back. When I actually got a phone number on them I called and gave them my name they put me on hold and never responded back to me when I tried calling back several times they just let me go to voice mail this was around 11am and they didn't close til 4.. This is by far the worse company I ever dealed with and still to this day I do not have my refund or package with no response from the company. I hope some one will read this and learn from my mistake by not doing any business with this company. read more

I have ordered from BP Racing a couple of times through ebay without issue. However, my last purchase was from their website in May on parts described by them on their website as "in stock" but really weren't in stock. Several months passed waiting on the parts while being patient due to Covid. Decided to send some emails to inquire about the delay---no acknowledgement/no reply. After waiting some more, I called and spoke with Brittney who assured me I would have the parts in two more weeks. Even more patient waiting and still no parts near the end of August, but also NO COMMUNICATION. Having a website showing parts in stock, not having the inventory, not shipping product to customers, not answering emails, lying to customers on the phone are ALL BAD WAYS TO RUN A BUSINESS. To run a business successfully, it needs to offer good customer service by having accurate advertising of product, delivering product in a timely manner, communicating with customers, and backing up the product it sells. If your customers are giving you advice left and right on how to improve your business---you are running your business into the ground. If the reviews of others and this review make sense to you, then you should avoid business with BP Racing completely. My advice to all is to find a reliable vendor of parts elsewhere. read more
