The shop and owner are amazing and honest people. It is one of the few bike shops that work on Italian bikes. Their pricing is fair and won't break the budget. I had a gas tank issue after my initial servicing, and they provided valuable information on how to fix the issue myself. I went home and did research; sure enough, the issue was with the oem gasket. Order a thicker gasket, and the issue was resolved immediately. Thanks, guys!

Just found this place by chance. So glad I did. I have a 2004 Honda TRX450R that has been bogging down since I owned it (5years). Brought it here and they did a full tune up and carb clean. Now it's running like new. This is my new spot for everything off road! Best part is when I went to pick it up the owner didn't just say "it works, pay me". He took the time to show me everything he did and how I can better maintain my quad. That's what I call service. Thanks again!!

I was looking for a Mechanic near by to replace stock forward foot controls levers , read the good reviews , so brought my bike in. Glad I did Javier off the start was personable and upfront with price and expections when the job will be done and delivered in both. Did a great job in describing what he did if I wanted any last minute changes before I left .Overall I was very happy with service and pricing definitely going back to have him work on my bike again.

Almost got into an accident. Had them Put my rear wheels, tires and pulley. They came off while I was riding. NO LOCKTITE was put in my pulley. I even asked if they did and he said yes. Go somewhere else pay a little more save your life.

These guys are amazing I have a Honda CB 750 bobber Ticket about 45 years ago to TC cycles and Ontario/Rancho TC cycles kept my bike for four years and then told me they couldn't work on it and then when they brought my bike back to me they were missing parts on the bike The bike sat so long the engine froze so I had to buy another engine Found Landmotox A couple of months ago and they picked up my bike fixed my bike and now it's a brand new bike And I'm so appreciative of these guys Fernando and his crew know what they're doing!!!!!

Took my 2010 Repsol for service and upgrades, very happy with the suggestions for the handle grips and pegs, happy with the service inspection for the summer riding. The shop found the shift lever cable damaged and called me, sent me pics and pricing. Happy with the pricing (very fair with labor and parts, happy with communication, and shop owner made sure all was working before handing my bike over to me. Recommend the shop!

They told Exactly what I need! and before they gave me my motorcycle they made sure everything was there and gave me some advice.

Brought in my Yamaha Enduro because it wasn't starting. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it back up and running relatively quickly.

I had a terrible experience with him where he charged me nearly $4000 to fix a ninja 250 including 1650 for an carb cleaning alone. I would have taken it to another shop but once he got a hold of my Bike, he told me that the diagnosis alone was going to cost me $600 if I did not want to get the work done by him. I lost that bike when my engine nearly blew up. Someone had tampered with the oil. It ended up ruled as vandalism and there was an investigation. When the mechanic opened it, he saw that there was sealant all over the engine. Even if it hadn't been vandalized, he said it wouldn't have lasted more than a few months anyway and it could have killed me. I went ahead and told this to this Anthony and sent pictures. he completely denied it. He said that it must've been me lol even though I just bought the bike and did not even know how to ride it yet. It was my first motorcycle and he completely took advantage of me because I had stated that I would do anything just to get it running. He took that to heart and he charged me double or even more the worth of the Bike. This is the one of the worst mechanics I've ever gone to. Since that experience, I have had multiple motorcycles and I've had to take them to the shop multiple times and I have never once had an experience like this one. This man is one of the worst mechanics I've ever met. On top of that he does not keep regular business hours so you can never get a hold of him. He's extremely shady and he works completely alone so he has nobody there to oversee his work or make sure he's not totally ripping people off. I highly suggest you take your bike somewhere else because this man is not a good mechanic at all. I'm going to post my review up with my receipt just to show that I am indeed and customer of this man and to show exactly what he charged me and for what. I have included my receipt to verify that I am in, indeed, a customer of his, and if the review is once again taken down I'll be happy to put it right back up. He's also extremely confrontational and cannot stand when someone gives him an honest criticism. Not trustworthy and also aggressive is not a good combination. I ended up just cutting ties and telling him it must've been something else just because I was so worried of what he might do. He is unstable and narcissistic. (See below for aforementioned aggression)

I called to…read moreconfirm everything would fit my 2018 yamaha grizzly, they said it would, everything showed up and I brought it into a shop to be assembled, and none of it was for my model year. So I got a hold of them and worked out that I could send in my whole motor and they would custom build it. All within the 90 day return window. We'll a couple months to by so I call them and they couldn't find any of my stuff. Then they find it and say they will start on it. So another couple months go by and I call and the mechanic they had is no longer with the company and the new guy has to find my engine. Don't hear back for another month. Well now covid hits and they say it's going to take a while because they're basically shut down. So I give them 6 months with a little bit of communicating and no progress. Finally covid finishes up and I contact them again and they have no idea what I'm talking about with my engine. So I threaten legal action and we finally get rolling with progress. Turns out the casing was too thin to be made into a big bore. They port out my head and offer to cover custom valves. Another 2 months with no update. I call and after about a week of back and forth I demand the info to contact kimblewhite to get direct updates on my valves. They had no idea what I was talking about. I get this all figured out and turns out the ported head won't work because the valves go too deep into the head. So the head is destroyed. Valves are useless because there +2mm and nothing happens with the cams. By now we are over 24 months my quad was in the shop and I was out over 2 grand on motor parts, and I had to pay for a completely new head, shop fees, insurance for the quad because it was under a loan, and make loan payments the entire 2 years that they basically stole my motor. By now the owner and I are Well acquainted and he's offered a full refund and I just want to cut my losses. Well then they hired this new gm to try and fix the company image. (That's what this new guy is telling me.) And he has the audacity to say I should be thankful I'm getting a refund because we're outside the 90 day window. Just otherworldly incompetence and zero awareness to the situation. He was extremely cocky and said he had my refund check and I just needed to text him my address ai he could send it. I texted him while we were on the phone and asked if he recieved the text. He brushed over it and said he'd send the check right away. I never got that check. But I was having my first child, moving into a new house, and I just had enough of them. Besides the 2 years they stole my parts I paid Well over $10k just to get to know these guys. I can't say enough how nobody should ever purchase from this company.

Dennis replied back and was very kind and understanding and after discussing what I needed more he was able to give me a very reasonable price for the stereo and the labor for the install. He ordered the stereo and let me know when it would likeky come in, and after confirming he had it I came in for the work. They have cold tea and water available while you wait. :) I interacted with Dennis, Sam, and Jeremy who was the one to actually swap out the stereo. Everyone was very kind and professional. I'm very happy with my new stereo. I appreciate Dennis so much because I know I can be a difficult person to deal with sometimes; I like things my way and I communicate very directly. But he was great. I also got a quote for having keyless entry put in my vehicle and I'm currently weighing it out and seeing if I want to put the money into my old car. But I might be back soon to have that done also! Thanks again to Dennis and his crew for making this experience wonderful.

When I questioned it, they blamed it on my dash cam being front + rear... which is standard. Then they instantly dropped the price by $100, which tells you everything about how they price. I asked them to honor the original quote. They went to the manager, and he still refused--said the "lowest" they'd do was $285. So the price went from $185 $400 $300 $285 in a matter of minutes. That's not pricing, that's guessing what they can get out of you. Super disappointing because I live nearby and was ready to come back for more work, but not after this. Don't trust the phone quote and be ready to negotiate if you go here.
