I was positive that his 9 year-old well-used computer was on its last legs, but Michael asked me to give him a chance to find out what was wrong. He has, once again, saved us from having to buy a new computer. Went in and told dan the owner what trouble i was having. He said sure he can take care of it. 4 days later he still had not looked at it and now said laptop won't power on. He said he took everything apart and checked it out. HE LIED. I took the laptop back and took the laptop apart myself. Thermal paste and everything i had upgraded was not touched. When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!
