NO! NO! NO IS THE ANSWER! JUST DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY! I do enjoy their 6ft cords ONLY if they are having a sale. But NEVER buy anything else from them. I was, SHOULD SAY STILL waiting for 2 (two) separate orders I placed in 2023 to arrive. By 2025 they did not. HE 'Seymour' said (IMOW), In my own words) we are having problems. Implying either we shut down shop filing bankruptcy and everybody loses everything without saying those words or we have a plan to give everybody magbucks. Either you can use these 'MAGBUCKS' in place of your order. We'll even Double your mag bucks for however much money you've spent for the orders we have not fulfilled AND you can use them to place an order with our (I'll call it Phase 2) items. Because they NEVER fulfilled the first orders we ordered from 2023 so those are now outdated as any electronics do and they were going on to phase 2. And they wanted us to spend our money this last summer 2025, and told us we would have our items by Christmas. So not only was I stupid enough to spend almost $500 on one order and then turn around and buy cords in 2023. I received the cords (without having to sign a new terms of service. (See below)). But I played along and used some magbucks finding out you can only use half your magbuck's and still have to pay out for the items that Seymour guaranteed everyone was supposed to get by Christmas 2025... So I placed an order and realized I wanted one more thing so I placed a second order once again... And I will say once again we were screwed we were lied to blatantly lied to on a video that told us we are going to get our items before Christmas or by Christmas at the latest... And now here it is April 17th 2026. A month or so ago I get a text message from them telling me they want me to agree to their I'll call it a contract because that is basically what it is that I have to agree to their terms and conditions for them to send me the items that I have already paid for!. And in those terms they said that we can't file a class action lawsuit against them. I wrote them back and I said I did not have to agree to any terms when you sent me the 6-ft cords I bought from you I do not expect to sign anything to any contract after I've already paid you and you've spent my money to get my items. So my last email to them was either send me my products now or return my money or I will be filing arbitration or working on a class action lawsuit with everybody else who's getting screwed over by magfast! And believe me there are way too many! And then there were people that have never heard of magfast that come along right when they're changing hands then use new people to make it sound even more interesting. They start offering investments. invest in MAGFAST, telling them they will get their orders first. Again leaving behind the people who have still been waiting from 2023 for the first product that was supposed to come out... Oh! Oh! and to boot before they even came out with these second generation products, they turned around and started producing three size suitcases. I'm thinking to myself they can spend the money and produce these suitcases but their asses can't fill orders for these products for all these people who have been waiting since 2023 they can spend to make an assembly line to make suitcases!! That pissed me off excuse my language... But there's an example of what's going on with magfast! They STILL have not sent my order. I will throw in one more comment. Since I've ordered the items in 2025 I am now caring for father in another state. I left an email a MONTHS AGO telling them my new delivery address. They responded stating they they have received my request and repeated the address to me. But still they refuse to send my products until i SIGN THEIR new terms of service. Have been involved with preorders with Magfast since 2022. Despite multiple promised ship dates, not a single flagship product has been delivered. The only product they seem to be able to produce is a charging cable, which while nice, is extremely overpriced. In June of 2025, they admitted they failed and couldn't deliver their orders from 2022 (this has happened before with the founder a few years prior with ThingCharger). Under a very highly produced live broadcast, they said they would reinvent themselves and they offered all previous preorder customers "significant" credits for future purchases, with the caveat that it can only be used for up to 50% of the new purchase. Part of this new model is that they would no longer sell products that were preorders. They would only sell products that were in stock or already shipped from their manufacturers. This statement is directly from Seymour Segnit, and verifiable in their broadcasts. They promised that if you purchased their new generation of products, it would be delivered late Q3 to early Q4 2025. That was delayed to arrive in time for the 2025 holidays, then it turned into February 2026, now they have issues with their warehouse and shipping and need a few more weeks to ship. This is all on top of continually trying to sell more preorder products that they claim will start shipping in the next couple of months, but they never seem to materialize. They also have repeatedly asked for investments in the company, which I believe are offered under false pretenses. If you advertise that you are no longer offering preorders, but make the entire business model on preorders, the offering is in bad faith, and could be considered fraudulent. If you ask enough times, over 7 requests, they will eventually offer a refund, but they seem to wipe their hands of any made investments, even though they solicited those investments under the pretense of a different business plan. Regarding the shipping of products, even though they claim to have been shipping their current products for 2 months, not one has appeared on a secondary market, which makes me believe that very few have actually been delivered to customers. When you ask for the status, you get a form letter reply asking for more time, but no specific details of where you are in a queue, or a firm date for a resolution, though based on history, any promises have to be taken with a grain of salt. At this point after 2 failed ventures under Mr. Segnit, I am not sure if the company continually takes on more they can handle, or if all of the updates are smoke an mirrors. I would like to think it is the prior, but Magfast has taken in millions from customers and have delivered little to no merchandise. read more

After 6 months of back and forth with Magfast I finally got the Magbucks that was promised. However, as many others have expressed here, they are only good for 50% for products in the store. The only thing available are charging cables and I have $2000 worth of Magbucks, which have an expiration date. Now they are accepting pre-orders for their latest products but I expect it will be several years before anyone sees these if at all. I can't help but feel this is similar to their product launch so many have complained about. To get the new charging system, its $1131, which means I would still need to send them $600 for the pre-order, with hopes that I will actually get it. Get it in stock and I may reconsider. read more

It was 3 years in August since I paid $356 for $512 worth of chargers that I have never received! I think I got super close once before they shut everything down and stopped shipping all together! According to the webinar in April everyone was supposed to get an email on how to get vouchers for 2X's what they spent but you could only use 50% of them or something like that. I'm still shaking my head at how that was supposed to work! There has been no email!! Yes, I've checked spam and furthermore there isnt enough options in there store to possibly spend that kind of money. I'd have to open my own store to sell $15 charging cables! I'm changing my review from very negative to 'hold' based on two candid conversations with Marla from Magfast. From Marla, CSR: Company hopes to ship order(s) going back to 2017 on March 30. I take it from our convo. that I am slated to be included in the second or third priority, though I'm hoping for sooner than later. I retract my prior review referring to Magfast as 'scam.' I know, from prior experience, that indie start ups can and do run into all kinds of problems. My reason for giving MagFast the benefit of the doubt is that the company acknowledges its earlier mistakes. Specifically, in manufacturing and shipping. In each case, its projections were woeful, but people are very human, right? Business relying on foreign manufacturing is subject to the vagaries of Covid, politics, rate of exchange, graft, etc. It's easy to point to other examples of logistical depth. I placed my order on April 2, 2019. Subsequent emails stated they expected to ship late 2019. It's now December 18, 2019. I realized that there are actually 13 more "late" days in 2019, but I haven't even gotten an update, other than videos of Seymour S flying around the world and some interesting computer generated graphics - but no concrete product shots, or even shots of the businesses he goes to visit. I have been part of the Magfast program for a long time I have several of the original Thingchargers and they are still working great. They use the space of two outlets and provide two outlets plus two USB ports, plus a convenient phone charger with interchangeable phone tips. The company now has a great new system that I have also become a part of and I'm looking forward to the rollout. read more

I recently came across their website and product. As a cellphone owner (along with a billion others) I've been less than happy with charging cords. They never seem to last that long no matter how you handle them. This product will hopefully alleviate all of this. Though not yet released I have been following them and it appears they are on to something. The wireless chargers out there right now are way less than perfect. I know Apple actually pulled theirs from the market. If the Magfast product works as well as they claim it will be a game changer for the cell phone industry.
