Went in and told dan the owner what trouble i was having. He said sure he can take care of it. 4 days later he still had not looked at it and now said laptop won't power on. He said he took everything apart and checked it out. HE LIED. I took the laptop back and took the laptop apart myself. Thermal paste and everything i had upgraded was not touched. When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!

When I walked into the store I was cheerfully greeted and noticed the employees wiping the phones down. The store was quiet, only the employees and I; which was actually great because of COVID going on. I asked about the promotion and they told me what to do (don't feel like typing that part out lol) so I said thank you and I would come back. I came back the next day and brought my old phone in and let me tell you, the employees are on point!!!! They remembered my name when they greeted me, the store looked very clean and promptly got to work on setting up my new service!
