They are the worst. They didn't inspect anything. Saying things like, ask owner, and people in residence so could not access. Within two days of move-in water heater needed total replacement. $6000. HVAC needed $500 repair. Heat not working at all in parts of house. Three weeks later, pool heater needed to be replaced. Not only did we spend over $1000 in inspection, We also lost bargaining power with seller. They are the WORST!! read more

I was overwhelmed to say the least as the inspection report (69 pages) was the most extensive and thorough inspection report I have ever reviewed.
