I have been a realtor for many years and often (it's always the choice of the client) have had the inspections done by Home Sweet Home Inspections and Dan as well as any other inspector working with him has been thorough in their job, polite and friendly. JCR may have misread the report as I went over all 52 pages myself just now. Fair dishwasher only means that the dishwasher was working but that the inspector didn't know how old it was. I don't see anywhere in the report that he was called a hoarder (?) This left us scrambling to find another inspector before our inspection period closed.
