On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. The employee who answered my call immediately had me speak with the chairlift specialist Julianne. That same day Julianne fit me in for an appointment at their office and quickly set up both the measurement and installation appointments.
