Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. As Eric explained during the quoting process, if we removed the small items from furniture they would put foam protection under that furniture so has not to damage the carpeting while it was drying. They did not seem as professional, but they were responsive at least, even calling me specifically last week to say they were hiring weekend crews and was I open on the 1st (I wasn't) or the 8th (I was), both Saturdays in February. When Servpro didn't show today and I called to ask why, the office manager (Abbey Khoury) said that they don't work weekends. So then I asked why she had called last week to make the offer of service on a Saturday. She said she had no recollection of the conversation (and since it was a call, I have no proof of what was said). So back to square one for cleaning and remediation from the Eaton fire!
