First of all, their prices aren't the best. I could have saved $130 on my faucet and over $70 for each toilet if I had bought them online (this is including the shipping costs). But, I wanted to support my local business so I didn't buy the items online. I severely regret this. Second, their customer service is lacking. I was told I would get a call from them the following Monday to update the status of order (the faucet needed to be shipping from another site). I did not get a call Monday or Tuesday... I finally called them on Wednesday. No apologies for the lack of promised communication. I was told my faucet hadn't arrived and to expect a call on Friday. Again, no phone call on Friday. I was finally called on Monday and told to come pick my faucet up. Third, I needed to schedule the delivery of the toilets. I wanted to coordinate the delivery with the time my plumber was scheduled to arrive for the installation. The showroom manager (Brian?) was extremely unhelpful - bordering on rude - in assisting me in this. I am very close to canceling my order and buying my items online instead. (I probably will do this tomorrow as it's after 5pm right now and they are closed). The only reason I gave them 2 stars (instead of 1 star) is that they did have a good selection. Maybe it might be worth going to look at their showroom, then purchase your choices online... But, I would not recommend them at all!!!!! Addendum: While a terrible experience resulted in my cancellation of my order, I must give them some credit. They were very professional and helpful with the refunding of my purchase. The warehouse manager called me personally and apologized and asked if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Perhaps I should increase them up to 3 stars... Especially if they do something about that horrible salesperson, Brian.

I showed sales consultant Jacqueline Sims the problem and asked if I could order a new one. She suggested instead that we ask them to replace it for free (even though long out of warranty) since they are a large distributor of Delta products. Randomly, I asked my wife to lets just walk into Flooring kitchen and bath to see, what did we have to lose, at this point we weren't getting anywhere anyway so lets see if they can help us at all. Upon walking into the storefront, we were greeted by Bita who asked how she could help. We explained our tastes and what we were looking to do with new counters, backsplash and flooring. Within 15minutes we had selected a countertop motif, paired it with new tile backsplash and matched it with new solid surface floor options to consider. We appreciated the input from Bita on what to do and what not to do based on our desired color targets and how we needed it all to match with painting that would occur soon after. We agreed on this style, agreed on a time to meet at our house to measure for estimates and go from there. She did give us some verbal estimates which seemed inline, but the measuring would confirm it! As planned, Bita showed up and reviewed the scope of our effort, saw the space and made some additional recommendations as well. She set off and within a few days, we had a full proposal in our email inbox including some of the options we had discussed in-person. The pricing was good and the timing for the crews to work was as well. We got started on our project and other than a surprise plumbing issue that we couldn't have foreseen and some small issues removing old tile, all of the work and the updates were completed on time and on budget! I do recommend Bita and the team to others. Was everything perfect? Not really, construction in your home is tiring (especially while working at home during COVID) but the crews did the very best cleaning up everyday and minimized disruptions to our family and pets while they were there. Very happy with the flooring and the countertops, but I must say that the 2-man crew that did our tile work were artists! Not a single piece of our tile is misaligned or anything other than perfect. Amazing! Will find some photos to post of the finished product, wish I would have taken more photos of the 'before' because its a major difference!
