We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful hard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. We had our entire 2800 sq ft home refloored with high quality laminate planks. It was a big job because our house was full of furniture and we wanted to be able to stay in the home while the work was being done. Everyone at G & A flooring did a phenomenal job. We are extremely happy with the results. It's like our house is brand new again. The job did take longer than expected but I could see that they were not taking any shortcuts. They had to do some leveling in a couple upstairs rooms and had to order a couple of things so that slowed things down a little bit. They also took the time to put in some extra screws to get rid of our squeaky floor in one room. We were very happy that we were able to sleep in our bedroom and have a shower and bathroom available at all times. It was crazy how they moved the furniture around. All the work crews were super hardworking. We would point out little things that we wanted fixed and the answer was always, "No problem. We can do that." They put the house in a good state at the end of each day. It was a little rough for us to be away all day but I really didn't want to see "how the sausage is made"! I just wanted to see the clean end result. It was really nice that a cleaning crew came in at the end and thoroughly cleaned up the house. I had to call his office and he gave me an excuse that I texted him to cancel the appointment. I did not cancel the appointment!Obviously there is serious miscommunication with his office. I chose G+A because they had good reviews. Other reviewers said that they leveled their floors before putting the flooring down. I asked these installers to, but they showed me a straight edge on the concrete and said it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately I believed them. My PM never visited the house during the project. Now I'm walking on a floor that has soft spots in every room. They were a week late, and rushed to get the job done. I showed the boss afterward and he didn't offer any solution. I think they should have troweled a self-leveling coating on after demo, and before installation. I'm disappointed in the results. read more

From beginning to end he was on our side and provided guidance to us and his team. We had been shopping kitchens for several months. We went to the big box stores; we went to several contractors. We received crazy quotes; we found the big stores were not flexible. We dropped into G&A and spoke to a very patient Marco who answered all our questions regarding cabinets, counter tops and flooring. As we walked out of the showroom the first time my wife said, "This is the place for us". Marco set us up with an independent kitchen designer that worked with my wife and helped her pick out everything and supplied us with renderings. The renderings eventually turned our kitchen into beautiful reality. His team of floor installers, cabinet builders and installation team plus the amazing countertop specialists did an amazing job and respected our home as well. They were all always careful to cover everything. The few hiccups along the way were attend to and resolved promptly with minimum stress. They finished the last details on Saturday afternoon and Monday morning received a call from the owner of the company. Cesar is very proud of his business and reputation. This review is a little late. We had this done at the end of last year. We pulled out all the carpet and replaced with laminate. I'm glad we went with the laminate instead of the deluxe vinyl. We have the vinyl at another house and it scratches very easy. The laminate seems like it would take a lot to scratch it. Brandon came out and did the estimate and was also the project manager. I like this better than some companies that send sales people out that make a lot of promises but then you never see them again. I had lots of estimates done. Some people I didn't trust and others gave me estimates that made no sense or verbal estimates. I had concerns about how to handle the large furniture in the house. Most of the companies were very vague about that even some limiting how many pieces of furniture they would move. G&A worked around the furniture so nothing had to be taken outside. Also there was the possibility that the floor would need leveling once they pulled the carpet. G&A gave me the pricing for leveling and the max that it could cost us if needed. Other companies were charging more. As it turns out no leveling was needed, Brandon was able to get our flooring job done and then get painters in right away to paint the interior of the house. This saved us a lot of work since we were able to leave our stuff outside til they were done. The only thing that could be improved is giving the painters more time to finish. It seems like they were rushed to get to another job. Some parts are missing paint. Brandon and G&A Flooring is the only company that I would use for flooring. read more

As I mentioned in my original, we had them delay installation of our stair rails because we wanted them painted a different color. This started a saga - they were then repainted by a local painter but it didn't turn out the right color, and had to be repainted. A "rail post cover" went missing and - it turns out - metal rail post covers are very hard to match, incredibly hard, actually. Guard those damn things like gold. When we finally sorted all this stuff out, it had been 7 months since G+A finished the job. They originally said they would re-install our rails when they were ready, and though the foreman who made promise had since left the company, the owner Cesar honored the promise - a lot companies would not have - and today they sent Sergio out and he worked from around 10am to 4pm - 6 hours - installing the rails in a very detailed and exacting way that I appreciate as a physician. When a number of issues came up in the installation - it was not straightforward - we discussed them, he made suggestions, and each were addressed. He's a craftsman. He went above and beyond what I expected and said good things about G+A, that he had been working for Cesar for 13 years. We need some window casings and a detached office remodeled, and I will definitely be reaching out to G+A for a quote. read more

THANK YOU G&A FLOORING!! I'm not sure I have the right words to express how grateful I am to Brandon (project manager) and G&A Flooring for coming to our rescue! We had contracted with another company to do our floors, painting, and various other projects. But that company breached our contract by walking away from the job AND keeping 50% of the money we paid them (even though the only work they had completed was demo of the hallway tile!). We literally begged the owner to not walk away from the job and told him we would lose the buyer for our house if he did - he didn't care, and we did indeed lose the buyer. That's where Brandon and G&A came into the picture - they immediately picked up where that unprofessional greedy contractor left off, and they've worked tirelessly to get the work done in the most professional manner, with regular updates and solutions to any issues encountered with the house. G & A visited our home a month ago to see the two bathrooms we are going to renovate. I have yet to see an actual quote and have emailed Caesar three different times on the status of a quote and contract. Words were promised through emails but we never received what we had asked for. With a client wanting to sign a contract right away and give you their business, you'd think the process would run quicker and the customer wouldn't be the one hounding for the work to even start. If quotes can't be provided in a decent manner I'm sure their projects are slow to construct.
