It's always frustrating and a reason I don't use FedEx if I can help because it always comes through independence, ky which is a toss up which usually won't happen like you expect. Value of over $100 for shipping and no guarantee of getting your product on time. Not worth the time or money they need new management or something!

This is also a great place to work. If you put time and effort into a career here you can go as high as you want. They offer 401k sick days, vacation day, all that good stuff. It's very simple to find and there is plenty of private parking that's well lit at night. The building isn't air conditioned tho and that makes for a very hot day in the summer. We've gone back and forth with them for a few weeks trying to get all of the details ironed out with a very specific type of paper. When they didn't have the paper we wanted, they offered to print on whatever type of paper we brought in ourselves. Unfortunately, their printer wasn't able to handle the vellum we were using because it was too thin, but they still offered to cut the vellum to size if we printed it at home. This was a HUGE help - considering it would have taken us hours to cut 75 sheets of paper to 5x7 size by hand. The prices are also spot on ... and the quality is fantastic! We're so excited to send these out ... and so thankful that we were working with a team that wanted to help us make sure the cards were exactly how we wanted them. We'll definitely be going back to Minuteman to print our formal invitations in a few months as well!
