Great work but not at the price I was expecting. Normal brake service (pads + rotors + hardware) on a 991.1 Carrera ended up costing over $4,300 which is equal to or slightly above dealership prices. Order your own parts from suncoast or where ever you prefer for a significantly cheaper cost and have the installation done here or elsewhere. Unfortunately for me I don't think I will be returning here for work but don't let my review stop you from going here for your services or repairs. Like I said, they do great work but I do not agree with their prices being "competitive" like some other posts state. read more

I had a great experience here. I went to several places trying to get my tire changed, but no one was able to help me right away. My car requires a special lock to be placed on the tire and unfortunately I had lost the lock, which made things more complicated. My 2023 GR Supra needed a wheel alignment, but I wanted a more advanced alignment compared to what you can get at a regular tire shop. Bruce, Trevor, and the team have been my exclusive race shop since I got into tracking 2 years ago. They helped me set up my Audi daily driver for safe track days when I was first getting started and deciding if this activity was for me. (we did track tires, front Girodisc rotors, APR Stage 1 ECU tune, race brake fluid and race alignments). And then when I got serious late last year and bought a Porsche Cayman as a dedicated track car they worked with me to put together an upgrade plan timed to my skill progression. Just got the Cayman back after putting on track tires (Yoko AD09s), -2.5 degrees of camber, race brakes, and a Cobb ECU+TCU tune. Shout out to the owner Bruce and Rico. These guys get it, they know what is important with customer service. It is not always easy to find someone with this level of integrity and professionalism. I brought my Cayenne Turbo GT in for a Techart techtronic powerkit install. Install went great, however a unrelated issue came up during that time causing error codes having nothing to do with the work that was done. Long story short these guys worked relentlessly to fine, fix and resolve. ( The phantom error codes turned out were caused by a rodent that came in through the engine bay and chewed through a wiring harness ). Hours and hours were spent tracking the problem down and still they charged me only on the original estimate. This business understands that customer perception and their reputation is thy most important element in long term success and longevity. I've had two services at BR for my Cayman GTS lately, yearly oil change and periodic PDK service, followed by a brake flush. Both were done professionally and promptly done at a honest price. I got a bit of run around when I queried about the PDK service at a dealer but Bruce was totally knowledgeable about the needs for the routine service and good advice if I tracked the car (which I don't do any longer). I reached out to BRR looking for 2 things to be done on my BMW transmission - repairing a mounting tab that was broken, and resealing one of the seams where the transmission case parts meet. Bruce told me the shop could do both so I dropped off the transmission with them. In response to my follow up e-mails, after 3 weeks they told me they had repaired the mounting tab. After another couple weeks and still no progress on the reseal, I gave up waiting and picked up the transmission with only one of the two jobs done. I had to reach out on my own to follow up on progress throughout this time. All told, it was 38 days from drop-off to pick-up. I found another shop to do the reseal and they had it turned around in a few days. I'm giving 2 stars because the quality of the tab repair seems good, but waiting more than a month and not even getting all the work done was a very poor experience. read more

I'm blown away by the quality of the work they did here. I got a Pre Purchase Inspection for a car that I was about to buy, and they did like a forensic level analysis of every spatter of paint. "We noticed a slight overspray of the paint on the brake caliper which implies body work that wasn't reported on the Carfax." They did the inspection within the day and Bruce took his time explaining in great detail every single thing they discovered with the car and what I should ask for from the dealer before finalizing the purchase. Details: I called for an appointment and spoke with Bruce about my car issue; they were two weeks out, no worries. Made the appointment and brought the car in for service. 3 days later Bruce emailed me that they inspected the car (1 hour of labor), and we confirmed a path forward for repair via email. Two weeks later, I followed up for a status. Bruce replied that they had other appointments and hadn't gotten to my car yet but would "get it done". I checked back week-after-week with no reply. I called and spoke with Trevor for Bruce to call me for a status and plan, again no reply from Bruce. After over 5 weeks without progress, a status for a plan forward, or even a call or email reply, I pick the car up and thank Trevor for their analysis. If you do not have an established relationship and trust with this business, I do not recommend you start one at this facility. read more

Decent independent Porsche service center for routine servicing. Cheaper than going to the dealer. Upfront pricing. Professionally run shop unlike some other indies I tried that quote low prices and then up charged or have weird owners you have to deal with. Just don't expect this shop to wash your car when they are done even after spending thousands of dollars. Lost one star in that they were not thorough. They removed an air filter and left the uninstalled new one on my car floor with the panel still removed when I picked up my car. They rectified the problem, but it really should not have happened since they presented me a filled in checklist of the various items done. I do wonder what else was missed. I'll see how my car does and I'll probably give them a second chance in the future. read more
