I can't say enough good things about Campbell Motor Center! They have worked on multiple vehicles before and always come through. Most recently I brought my Nissan NV2500 HD in, and they figured out the problem way faster than I expected. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. They didn't just plug into the OBD-II port, read a code, and call it a day. They actually took the time to inspect everything and pinpoint the real issue instead of just relying on what the computer said. Another thing that sets them apart is that not every shop can work on taller vehicles like my van because of lift clearance, but they had no problem getting it up on the lift and making sure everything was checked properly. It's hard to find a shop that's this honest, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the diagnosis right the first time. I had previously taken my vehicle to Campbell motor center to get valve cover gaskets replaced, they did and excellent job and for a fair price, so when my 20 year old car started jerking and stalling and the engine light on came on and signal a potential oil pressure censor being the issue, I once again decided to take it to the guys at Campbell motor center, where they confirmed it was an oil pressure sensor and they also discovered the water pump was leaking, they where able to fix the issue within a one day turn around (* I've had experiences at other shops, where I had to wait multiple days before getting my car back), and now the vehicle is running better than it has for a long time. read more

I came to believe that this is actually just air-conditioning condensation so I'm going to hold off on coming in for now. Other times I just want certain maintenance done. If I'm clear I just want an oil change, they respect that (unless there's a critical issue). One time they identified a big issue and let me know about how long I had before it would become serious. I appreciated this honesty and clarity. Anthony was so helpful since the first time we called and dropped off our 2021 GMC Sierra. We initially brought it in due to AC issues but upon further inspection Anthony informed us it was actually the compressor. We have a third party warranty and didn't really know how to work with them but hoped it'd cover the compressor. We recently moved our Mercedes out of dealership servicing after the warranty period and were looking for a shop we could trust for quality work, good communication, and fair pricing. We were referred to Campbell Motor Center, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. On a Thursday evening, we spoke with Anthony, who went out of his way to get us scheduled for the very next morning. That alone was impressive, considering the dealership couldn't get us in anytime soon. By Friday, the car was in, serviced, and completely finished within about four hours. The pricing was about one-third of what Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek quoted us, without sacrificing quality or professionalism. What really stood out was the level of service. Anthony handled everything personally, from communication to updates. Every question we had was answered clearly, and we always knew what was going on with the car. So this is the 2nd review within a couple weeks as I drive 2 cars, and both needed A/C service. I find the convenience of picking a time to come in is adhered to by Anthony, Mgr at front desk. His demeanor is friendly, his knowledge is phenomenal! He knew I'd have to wait, and that meant working on it right away, although I'm a late starter in the morning, I didn't get any bs about coming in at 11am. It works for me. He's so accomadating & helpful. Doesn't beat around the bush, tells it like it is! If I had any complaint about this place, it would only be the 4 chairs in the open waiting area can be chilly in mornings. The same mechanic worked on my Camry and like before used the dye to check for any major leaks. None were found, thankfully. As a precaution they changed out both of the valves which have some type of rubber or plastic can go bad over the years. they look like the inside of a tire valve stem. My car is now blowing air at 41 deg. f. and I'm happy it's working properly. A total bill under $300 included the 2lbs of freon. I was out of the shop in about 1 hour and feel they really respect the customers needs, no matter if they are overloaded with other work which they were on the day I arrived. They still worked on my car within minutes of arriving. Campbell Motor Center, you earned 5 stars from me! Took in my Miata to troubleshoot a P0421 engine code and get this problem solved for good. Anthony and his team was able to get to the bottom of this issue as they determined I needed to replace the fuel/air ratio sensors on both the up and down stream, replace the spark plugs and clean and service the fuel injection system. Service was great as everything is done via text and their website to view and authorize any repairs for the vehicle. It works very well for someone like me who has a list for specific phone numbers to call me, no need to add an exception for these guys. When I went to go pick it up, Anthony went over the fixes that were applied to the car, the receipt breaks down the costs between each part and the labor in a very clear and concise manner. At the end of it all, the repair was done in about 4.5 hours. The car drives great, it gets great gas mileage and the engine code has been solved completely. I called CMC on a Friday morning to see if this is something they can help with and was told yes, and to drop off the car for same day service. Since they were busy I was quote a few hours, sure! Dropped off my car with super smooth. Gave my info and left. Not even an hour later, I got a call back saying they were able to squeeze my car in between jobs and it was completed. Holy quickness!! For the price and timing of my specific request, I appreciate their response and timeliness compared to other mechanic services. I came in for my tires and he advised me that it would be a waste to vulcanize it and told me to go to Wheelworks or America's tire to get it replaced and suggested the roadside warranty. I took my 2017 BMW 540 to Campbell Motor Center for three repairs, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. 1) Tire Pressure Monitors: I initially went in because the tire pressure warning light was on. They claimed that all 4 sensors were broken and needed replacement, which seemed like terrible luck, but I trusted them and authorized the repair. However, after getting my car back, the warning light returned within a few miles, and the dashboard didn't display the tire pressure. I took the car back four times before they finally agreed to replace the sensors again. When I called the dealership, they informed me that these sensors are designed to last 15 years--meaning it was highly unlikely that all four had failed simultaneously. 2) Coolant Leak: They diagnosed the issue as a failure of the primary water pump, auxiliary pump, and hose, quoting me for repairs. I authorized the work, but the very next day, the leak persisted. When I brought it back, Anthony assured me there was no leak after a pressure test, claiming it was just residual coolant. However, the leak worsened. When I returned again, they suddenly discovered another issue--a supposed failure in the radiator--which would cost an additional $1,800 to fix, on top of the $3,141 I had already paid! 3) Seat Belt Warning Sound: I asked them to diagnose the persistent seat belt warning sound. They claimed to have found and fixed the issue by cleaning the sensor. But as soon as I got the car back, the problem was still there--nothing had changed. Overall, I spent $3,141, and not a single repair was done correctly. The experience was a complete nightmare. Their pricing was misleading, their diagnostics were questionable, and their repairs were ineffective. The money I spent on Uber to go back and forth can probably get me a more effective repair in the BMW dealership. I strongly urge anyone considering Campbell Motor Center to think twice. A business location that I've been going to for years closed. I honestly didn't know until I called to schedule my oil change. Luckily I called the number I had because I was directed to Campbell Motor Center. I was not too sure if I wanted to drive further away to get my car serviced in Campbell. But I am glad I did. They did an excellent job on my oil change and I recently had my light bulbs changed, radiator and transmission flushed. Which they did a great as well on. I had to change a part in my steering wheel, their price and timeline to get it fixed was great and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in Campbell and surrounding areas.
