Finally I found Dr H. through a google search and I am happy I did. When I first walked into the office I felt like I was at a spa, waiting for a massage appointment. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Sue is the first person I spoke with and also the first face I saw when entering Dr. H.'s office. She's always pleasant and keeps me informed about my upcoming appointments and costs. Mandy is very friendly, always smiling and laughing and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I'm in her chair! Dr. H is extremely friendly and genuine. As a team they helped me conquer my fears of going to the dentist and actually make me want to go back! The bottom line, Dr. H has a good thing going, he and his staff all seem to truly love what they do and they care about their patients and the community!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years; I have good teeth and I take care of them. Most of my dental trips are pleasant so I can't speak to the pain and grief associated with procedures like root canals. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was great (Jessica, I think?) Friendly and gentle. I had x-rays done so that meant a routine of insert; bite down; hold still; repeat for about twenty minutes. A little uncomfortable but she was as gentle as she could be. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jeff spent when coming in to say 'hello'. At my previous dental office I think the dentist breezed through for approximately 10 seconds. Jeff took time to greet me, ask how I was doing, check my teeth, and answer my questions. I felt respected and taken care of. When I requested a follow-up appointment to have a new retainer made they squeezed me in early one morning so I could make it in and then get to work - I really appreciated their effort! The technician who did my impressions was awesome; great sense of humor and made the process as fun as it could be when you're having goop-filled molds pressed into your gums. They have a large parking lot and are right off Webster street so it's easy to get to.

Dr. Connolly is the best dentist that I ever had in my life being 73 years old. I wish I would have found this dentist practice 20 years ago. I had severe gum disease which other dentist practices just said pull, and pulled my teeth out. So i winded up having all my teeth pulled in my lower mouth. I had 2 implants, implanted in my lower jaw and had a overdenture that was made by the same dental practice. They were good and I had no complaints. On vacation I lost my over denture and needed a new one made. Went to dentist practice close by who proclaims himself as a dentist to a sports team. This dentist made a overdenture for me but it was never made correctly, he had no experience making a overdenture. I couldn't eat or chew anything and could not wear them. I heard good things about Bedford Dental Care from another dental practice who told me to go there. I went to Bedford Dental Care and met Dr. Connolly who made a new overdenture for me. I am now able to eat & chew normally again. I can even eat a steak. I had to have a 0 Ring replaced today and I wasn't charged anything. We requested that our records be sent from our dentists to thier office so that Dr Amer would have our dental histories. 8 phone calls since April 29, our previous dentist office sent the records via thier email portal 4 different times & they say they never got them. 6/5/26 I called to ensure the records were there prior to my 6/23/26 appt & the receptionist said she would call them to ensure that the records got received & assured me she had my husband's records there on file. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. She looked & said they didn't have his records either. I got even more upset & frustrated at that since the person IN HER OFFICE had told me his records were there. At that point- not saying she was sorry for all the problems with getting the records....not saying anything about the issue that her person didn't know what they were talking about regarding my husbands records, not acknowledging the hours spent trying to get this done.NO! She says "Maybe we aren't a good fit for you." BOY, SHE GOT THAT RIGHT. TOO BAD. I DOUBT THAT WE ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SITE GETTING RECORDS.
