It took no time for me to get a free consultation which went pretty smoothly. Sheila and Dr Valeriano explained to me the best treatment for my teeth and payment options available to me. Dr. V even told me about my airway and alerted me to other possible health concerns that I may need I get addressed if the braces didn't help. Dr V was my second orthodontist I saw for consultation and unlike the other orthodontist, he told me I only needed one extraction for my 24 month treatment and I could start the treatment as soon as I was ready and get extraction later. Previous orthodontist said I needed 3 extractions and 30 month treatment. Thankfully I didn't even need one extraction with Dr V in the end! Dr V has saved me a lot of money and even offered $500 off my treatment. Although I wanted Invisalign I got braces but the kind that is clear on top so it has made my braces experience much more enjoyable as an adult. The office is very clean, the front desk staff always great me with a smile and are prompt to service me. Even now during COVID the staff has done a great job taking temps and making sure the office is free of patients so less room for any passing of virus. My first patient care coordinator Brittany was great! She always explained what she was doing but also took a personal interest in what I have going on. All the others for the most part have been great as well. I see Dr V each appointment unless I'm just going to get my wires taking off for a cleaning and the office has always been able to accommodate my cleaning schedule! Best of all, I am always offered with a mini dessert on the way out! I finished my treatment within 18 months and love my teeth! I high key miss my braces too though. Thx Dr V and team.

She said it was due to periodontal disease. I personally know people who get their teeth cleaned and they bleed but are not charged or diagnosed for it. I would also like to point out that I did not taste any blood nor saw any blood on the napkin. I was taken by surprise when they inform me of the additional charge at check out as I had already prepaid for what I wanted. Not only did they lie about me bleeding, they were not upfront about pricing. I feel scammed. This is unprofessional and conniving to target innocent patients who simply pay for a cleaning.

I bought a Groupon to Advanced Dentistry and have gone twice now; once for a cleaning/X-rays/care plan, and once for some fillings. Both visits were an excellent experience. I had a 30 minute wait for the first visit and a 10 minute wait for the second, but once I was in the dentist's chair, my experience went as well as one could expect. Both the dental hygienist and Dr. Bowman were incredibly friendly, gentle, and informative. You can tell Dr. Bowman is very passionate about his job and really cares about his patients. The office is very clean and up-to-date. I had no pain with either visit- something new to my dental history. Normally when getting a filling, I have to grunt for more anesthesia while the dentist's fumbling around in my mouth and pinching my cheek with his instruments. Somehow, this time around, I was never in any pain throughout the procedure. Yay! I won't be so afraid to go back now, thank goodness. Their office staff is also very friendly and they send out email and text reminders/confirmations for your appointments, which are always helpful.
