We used Brad cleaning for about 6 months. Initially the cleaning was decent. They sent their best crew and we were satisfied with it for a month or so. After a month, they started sending random folks a who would do a bad job at cleaning. We thought it was a one off mistake. But it continued for a while and we stopped the service after a while. The owner speaks nicely over the phone, but the crew did not have the quality that I've seen from other cleaning services around San Jose . I would avoid this company for long term cleaning. [edit] we did pay for the service. The crew never came back. We did use your service for 6+ months and repeatedly shared feedback about the crew and missed spots. We let a lot of it slide, but today's cleaning was abysmal. They were in and out in 1.5 hrs, used their shoes on carpeted floors(had to be reminded to remove shoes), forgot to clean the backsplash, table tops of living room and bedroom side tables, forgot repeatedly to line the trash cans, vacuumed floors in a rush. If I were a business owner, I'd listen to customer feedbacks, the very first time. Remember you are not offering your service for free. Anyways, good luck. read more

Paid $150 just for 2 hours labor and zero work Did not clean the kitchen at all Garage not cleaned Cabinets not cleaned I had asked for carpet washing to which Danial didnot responded and later he told him as he didnot respond which is a sign of No . How will a customer know if he doesn't communicate, where my priority was carpet cleaning n washing as it's a brand new carpet and I wanted professional cleaning . I agreed that's why to 270$ . But when I found out they didnot get the machine I immediately told him to STOP as we have a backup carpet n house cleaner . To that he responded he was driving . I came running and stopped the job and paid 150 for the hours they were at the house . While leaving Danial said everything was cleaned except carpets and the pictures below will tell you about what he meant by everything . Liar ! Great communication! The house was scheduled for a move out cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen sink and everything was perfectly cleaned when they were done. The refrigerator looked stunningly beautiful, perfectly clean, no spots. The hardwood floors were swept, mopped and than shined. The house hasn't looked this beautiful in years! I took off one star because I was quoted one price and when he called at the end to take payment he awkwardly said "oh is that the price, it was quite a bit of work" although he did eventually accept the original price. After a few mishaps with scheduling and communication, I continued to work with them. The one time they did a cleaning, they did a good job. I attempted to have a regular service done every few weeks and there was more mishaps. I was very understanding and did my best to continue working with them. At the last attempt, they attempted to switch my appt at the last minute (which had happened the first attempt). It was the night prior. I waited for them to arrive since there was no additional communication. I asked for an ETA. No communication. They should work on scheduling and communication.
