Easy to set up appointment. For reference, this was for a 1 bedroom apartment, that was cleaned regularly (weekly), but ofc not thoroughly like a professional would. Pros: -Cleaned stove hood/grease trap so well it looked new! -Fridge was cleaned well! Cons: -20 min late -Didn't clean toilet well (easy to clean well, we cleaned it weekly) -Missed a lot of spots - spots and lil bits on floor post cleaning remained stuck to floor -Missed wiping some cabinets/cupboards Cost 220 for service. So for a move out cleaning it was middle range between all 5 businesses I compared. Not good value for the quality of cleaning for a move out clean, but great if you got some tough cleaning in particular areas. read more

I've been relying on Heaven Cleaning for a year or so now, and Stefany and her team consistently impress. They arrive on time and clean all areas of the home as requested, leaving them spotless. They get dust out of all the nooks and crannies. I had them steam clean the carpet, and it was looking very refreshed and almost new when they finished. I usually book a deep clean with them once every 5-6 months and it's so worth it. Next time I'll need to ask her to take a before/after picture to document the transformation! I hired Stefany and her team to clean my parents house while they were on extended vacation (so they could return home to clean place.) Her team of three (her + two others) were exceptionally thorough and efficient. I got multiple quotes from different services, hers was not the cheapest but they were very reasonable -- specifically considering it was a team of three (other people quoted hourly rates for teams of two.) My mother, who has tried cleaning services before throughout the years, but never stuck with them because she is the pickiest human being on the face of the planet, came home, saw the house, and asked me for their number because she loved their work. Then he called and talked with them over the phone and it was immediately clear to us we've found a winner! She was very down to earth, understanding, flexible and honest from the beginning. I don't meant to write any comment until I saw this drawer today. I thought they just didn't have enough time to clean very clearly. Now I found I was totally wrong! I am regret that I even paid more than $400 for these?! I requested for a move in/deep cleaning but got nothing! Still can't directly use these cabinets and shelfs cause they are dirty as before. The wood floors are new, but they still can't clean it, it is not even mopped, dirty spots can be found anywhere. They didn't even clear up the dust on the outside of the cabinets. Same as the bathrooms. They left the upper sides which seems to be 'difficult' for them to reach. During the time I was there, I saw they were just using a small piece of cloth doing the whole cleaning things. No professional tools were used except for a vacuum cleaner. Now after paying for over $400, I still need to do the cleaning again. Cause they did nothing! The house is just remodeled and most of the staffs in the house are new, even the worker had already done some basic cleaning before I requested this cleaning service. This is definitely not an acceptable service provided by a "professional " cleaning company. I could easily find a standard cleaning service anywhere else that is better than this. I shouldn't have paid them that much. It's not worth it! Should have my money back. read more

Wow, Stefany and her team are so sweet and amazing! She is very communicative and reliable, and did outstanding work on my house!! I asked for a deep cleaning to give my house a refresh. They cleaned behind the TV area, thoroughly scrubbed the stove and oven, and the bathrooms are sparkling. In lieu of cleaning the inside of the fridge, I asked her to clean the baseboards instead. Stefany was amazing to work with. She was able to get me on the schedule quickly and was very communicative leading up to the appointment. We've been in our apartment for a few years and while we have a handle on the day to day messes, there were a lot of places that hadn't been touched in a WHILE. We scheduled a deep cleaning and Stefany and her team didn't flinch at some of the built up grime, untouched baseboards, and stained rug (in fact, she added in a carpet cleaning without changing the quoted price). This business is amazing. We moved into a house that needed a very deep clean, and I contacted Heaven Cleaning Services in a panic. They sent two superstars out the next morning who worked their magic on the home. In 5 hours they had the house sparkling clean. No more hard water spots, the fridge looked like new, and the dishwasher was clean inside and out. We were so happy with their service that I brought them back for a second round to scrub the kitchen cabinets and walls, just to get rid of the lingering curry scent. First of all I had to keep messaging her several time just to get a reply back several days later. We finally arranged to do a video walk through of the house to get an accurate quote for the cleaning. After the video walk through she quoted me $520 to steam clean the carpets and a wipe down of everything which she said should take 2 hours. Later when I messaged her back to make sure that includes the windows inside and out, since it didn't show up in the quote, yet I had mentioned it several time in the video walk through, she said she felt it would take 3 hours and at $140/hr to do the cleaning and would now cost me $660. When I questioned her why the increase now, since we already agreed on a price, she asked if my house was a 1 or 2 story house. So clearly she didn't even remember the video walk through, yet she felt she need to increase the cost? When I questioned her on this, she just said, "You know what, you're right", ..."we are not available anymore." If you want to wait for days for her to get back to you, and want the quote to change on a whim for no apparent reason, then she is the one for you. read more
