Ex: G2 poly sand bags I understand no returns on pavers, bricks, dirt, things like that. But for things that still have an actual price tag, that's a bit much! Never the less, if I was aware of this with an obvious sign or a comment from the cashier before purchasing, then I wouldn't of purchased extra material. The sad part is when I asked if they take returns, they said "no, its on the receipt." BUT this is literally after making the purchase Im aware of this. It would be smarter to mention this before purchasing, not after the facts! I thought that bit was a little distasteful from a business point of view. I still recommend this place. But be sure to only order what you need. Don't order the "extras" for the just incase event in your projects. (That is only for whatever they sell inside the store.) Bottom line: Project is done! Was left with 3 extra bags of poly sand (no return/my complaint) and a few pavers and bricks (also no return, but this part was expected).

Steve came and gave me a quote and was candid about how quickly his calendar can fill up and pricing on a vinyl fence. When a date opened up his guys, who I later found out have been working with him for 20 years (which speaks volumes to me) came to take down my old picket fence and replace it with the new vinyl. Personable, efficient, neat, respectful of my and my neighbors property and plantings. The fence is beautiful. But here's what I loved about these guys. They needed to mix cement for the posts and I have a spigot that spews water everywhere. After they left, it seemed to magically fix itself. I have a gate leading to my back door that never closed flush. I always had to lift the gate with my foot while closing to get it to shut. Again, magically fixed itself. I had an old giant green plastic slide from a swing set that was sitting under a tree in my backyard that I mentioned I needed to get rid of in conversation. Again, the slide was magically cut into pieces and taken to the curb. They didn't say a word about any of this. Didn't look for a gold star. There are just some people who need to do things the right way. Those are the people I love to do business with. and these are those guys. They just wanted everything done right. They took pride in their work and they left my property better then they found it. Good luck in your search for a fencing company. If you choose these guys, you won't be disappointed.

This is the second review I have ever left for any company in my 30 years in business as an Electrical Contractor / Integrator on Long Island, the very same place where this company works out of. For others to understand, if you are a registered dealer with the PANOR COMPANY and purchase under the wholesale portal you have no rights to call customer service on any given day. They WILL NOT HELP YOU. My order is still in limbo from last week, November 2024. At this point I am not interested in fixing it. My wife and I built it from scratch in store. We specified that we wanted the door white. Everything else was just minor. When I received the door (a week later than anticipated), it came unfinished and scuffed up all over. When I went back to the store they did minimal to help me fix the problem or compensate, instead I was shown the paperwork that stated unfinished. That was the workers fault, not ours. Since we built it with an employee why would I need to double check the small details after stating what we would like? I guess that's partially on me. But again, no compensation for the mistake on their end. Worst part is we simply can not afford to return it and go a different route as my house is getting insulated in sided next week.
