There's also a lack of due diligence in making sure the property lines are clearly outlined and also just some basic friendly heads up to neighbors if you're also going to be amending things that their home also sees.... To avoid fallout between property owners or risk violating town codes as we experienced both times when using this company. Mark did come back to fix the damage after I posted the review. He did two jobs at two different houses for me, he did do a good job moving some of my existing fences to expand my backyard, they also cleaned my fences and created a fence for my garden, he did give me fair pricing and they got the job done quickly. But I am giving them 3 stars mainly for the above mentioned as we did run into some bigger issues with both jobs that really created large headaches and expenses for us, --all of which could truly have been avoided had there been clear communication, agreement and due diligence done between the owner and myself, the neighbors and also, to be compliant with town regulations.

He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service.
