New in the area. I personally had a great experience. Dr. B was amazing, patient and so gentle. Ordinarily I frequent a dentist only when I have to. I will definitely return. Came in for the $59 new patient special. I knew I had a lot of issues but they helped me with financing and directed me with my insurance. I feel like a million bucks. Complete scam, stay far away. They rope you in with their $59 new patient ad tell you you need $20,000 worth of work and then pressure you to sign up for various finance companies such as Cherry. I had the work done elsewhere and asked for a refund. From 1500 I received 180 back with a bunch of bs excuses and then the manager gets overwhelmed I'm sure by the many complaints they get and just hangs up. They don't even have a countract with Cherry anymore..I wonder why. Many reviews just like mine... buyer beware! read more

They offer a first-time exam, cleaning and x-rays at a bargain price, then proceed to do what they want and charge full price. They kept me in the chair fir over three hours and tried to pressure me into expense restorations and crowns totaling $9000. They were dishonest scammers, IMO. I advise going elsewhere. I heard one woman adjacent to me, wailing and fighting with them as they tried to bully her. One star is too many; they're horrible. read more

You know they are not right when they go under many names, i.e., MRV. I went under false pretenses that they were in network with my insurance, but got suspicious when the woman couldn't answer some questions, and they mentioned nothing about periodontal treatment for receding gums before doing their work. They took X-rays and gave me a treatment plan of $5000, which was supposedly after my insurance company paid their portion, knowing they were out of network. She called Care Credit to check my limit. Before I could get home, I got a notification that $5000 had been charged to my card, and they had not even begun treatment, plus they billed my insurance $300. I called immediately and asked them to refund the money and send my X-rays to another office, and she said she was going to email me a release form, which I never received, and nothing was refunded. They only list one Dentist on the website, but they bill under another Dentist name. read more

My partner came into this office march 2025, after nearly an hour someone finally told him he needed a root canal and $13,000+ of other work and he'll need to set up a payment plan because his insurance didn't cover it (even after being told they accept his insurance ahead of time) before even being looked at. The office proceeded to charge $1600 to a card they were specifically told not to charge. We requested a refund since the services were not preformed and were told to return the written prescription and receipt of prepayment and it would be issued by the next Friday. Over the past three months of multiple calls, hang up's and declined calls we've been told "it's been sent to accounting" over and over again and still no refund. read more

The staff at Bradenton Complete Dentistry were very nice when we first went to them in June of 2024. The office said our insurance didn't cover all expenses. The office opened a financial account with Cherry Financial in my name for $18 a month spread over a year. The work done was excellent. My experience started getting bad when I questioned my bills. I started by making calls to the office and Jessy assured me that everything was being taken care of. On repeat phone calls Jessy told me to be patient. After a while Jessy said that the office was too busy to talk to me on the phone. On October 17, 2024, Bradenton Complete Dentistry opened a second Cherry Financial account in my name. This is when I started looking into it with my insurance company. On November 20, 2024 I sent Jessy an email about my account. I attached the United Healthcare claims for my June 2024 appointments with Bradenton Complete Dentistry. The claims added up to $320.50 and the amount that was put on Cherry Financial by Bradenton Complete Dentistry on June 13th, 2024, was $450. That is $129.50 that should not have been put on the Cherry Financial account. The office needs to repay the $129.50 to the June 13th Cherry Financial account. On October 17th, 2024, a Cherry Financial account was opened in the amount of $879. There were not any services done by Bradenton Complete Dentistry for this amount. Bradenton Complete Dentistry needs to pay off this account and refund me what has been taken out of my account. This is a phone call that I received from Jessy on November 21, 2024. Jessy lied to me on the phone call. Jessy stated that she has been working on my account and things are being paid. I then looked on United Healthcare's website and there aren't any old claims to be paid for by them. I looked at both my Cherry Financial accounts and nothing has been paid by Bradenton Complete Dentistry. So, all lies from her. Then she THREATENED me that she will "slow down" on working on my account if I post on Bradenton Complete's Facebook page!!! What I wrote on Facebook is ALL true. Especially that she has gotten rude and irate since I since questioned their billing practice. The $129 needs to be paid onto Cherry Financial for my first account and the second Cherry Financial account needs to be paid off by Bradenton Complete Dentistry and the amount that has been deducted from my bank account needs to be refunded to me. One of the "owners" contacted me yesterday on Facebook asking me to PM them. I PMed them and discussed my issues with billing (as stated above). The "owner" would not give me their name when I asked twice, they only referred to themself as the "owner". The "owner" responded with a long list of things but never addressed the issue that I wrote about. My main issue is the second Cherry Financial account of $879 that was opened without my permission. I want Bradenton Complete Dentistry to pay off the remainder of the loan and refund me what has been taken out of my bank account. I downloaded both of my Cherry Financial accounts and emailed them to Jessy after she said that it was impossible to have TWO accounts. When I responded that I thought that the "owner" was Jessy writing to me they blocked me. I went on Facebook today and their Facebook account has been deleted. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? read more
