I had veneers put in back in 2018 and for the first time, didn't hide my smile. Last Sunday evening, I had an accident and broke one of two front teeth in half. I called them on Monday and they rearranged the schedule to get me in Tuesday morning. I expected it to be advisory and it to be weeks to get things fixed. No! My experience with Sarasota Dentistry could not be better! I originally went to them for a dental emergency before Memorial Day Weekend. They squeezed me in and made me feel like I was a long-time patient. That appointment went so well, I decided to make a consultation appointment after. Now we're several months down the road, and things are going great. Dr. Hank Michael is not only knowledgeable and professional, but he is kind and compassionate. The same can be said for his entire staff. They go out of their way to make you for comfortable at all times. (And the personalized radio stations in each exam area? How great is that? By the time they are taking my back for my appointment, my favorite 80s music is already playing in my exam area, waiting for me. Next door was classic rock, but when you're in your exam area, you can't hear next door. So awesome! And TVs in every room showing beautiful videos to further enhance the experience.) I generally dread going to the dentist, but as soon as I'm in her chair she puts me at ease. Clearly the whole practice is immaculate and professionally run. First time visit with Sarasota Dentistry today. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist as soon as I arrived. Audrey and Dr Nikki were great! Audrey took time taking all the x-rays of my teeth, checking my mouth tissue and charting her findings. She asked me periodically if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. Dr Nikki was thorough in her exam of my mouth and explained what she was finding. Both Audrey and Dr Nikki were gentle and asked if my teeth were sensitive to air being blown on them before they used the air to dry my teeth during their exams.
