They had no idea how to move a couch my daughter had to google how to take it apart as they were going to just push it through each doorway.They had no tools, my husband made multiple trips to go and get tools . My husband had to take a mirror off of a dresser as they couldn't seem to figure it out. The owner yelled rudely at my husband in our own home. They damaged a bureau, and completely smashed the glass out of a hutch. The owner did say he "should be able to find glass for it". He wasn't even sorry about any of it. He was going to send the girl from the office to glue the chunk of wood gouged out of the bureau. It needs more than glue. He couldn't even get one of the bureaus to the second floor and said it was my fault for not describing the stairs correctly. In my opinion, his days of being a moving company are behind him and he needs to acknowledge it's time to retire. He only took 100.00 off the price.

They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! Just the heavy things I can't do myself. I was charged $742. My original quote was $405-$565. They wanted to say it's because of the 2 hour drive that was "not included." Which was already in the quoted price where it says it's included! I provided an image that says it was included. I had to argue with the movers and speak with a supervisor. I had moved an entire house for $700 before. So for a single room move for $742 is nuts. Also need to mention they will lie about the time on the detailed receipt that they worked more hours than how long it really took. The time from start to finish was 9:00 to 11:00. So be alert to look at that. Also lied that they were charging more because they were "assembling" my bed frame, which they indeed did not and I didn't need them too. So I ended up paying $600. Which is still more than the quoted price and an hour long interaction about the pricing.
