It also left me looking tired and older, and I found myself constantly raising my eyebrows to compensate, which created additional cosmetic concerns. Even though I love to read, I often could not enjoy it after work because my vision was so strained. After surgery, the improvement has been remarkable. I am back to reading for hours each day, including at night, and I feel like I look noticeably refreshed and more youthful. Dr Turkeltaub had great reviews, and with all his experience I imagined there'd be no way he could do less than great. He ended our conversation before I got on the table with "Just wait, maybe you'll look at it and say, 'this is exactly what I wanted'". He then proceeded to not even attempt to do what I wanted. He did the bare minimum to make me look a bit different (not better, mind you, just different), collected the check and sent me on my way. Since then, I've tried twice to contact the office and cannot get a response, not even for a simple post-operative care question. I know that many people have had good experiences with this surgeon, and you may too, but I'd encourage you to consider if you want to risk having an experience like mine when you're choosing somebody to permanently alter your body.

I initially underwent breast augmentation in 2021. Shortly after surgery, both implants bottomed out significantly and sat unnaturally low on my torso. I was told this would be corrected with an internal repair using sutures, and I diligently followed every post-operative instruction, including wearing support garments and taping for months. Unfortunately, the revision did not resolve the issue. One breast continued to bottom out while the other appeared uneven and as though little correction had been made. Rather than addressing the underlying cause, I was advised to increase my implant size, and at no point was a breast lift discussed as a potential solution. After a third surgery utilizing internal mesh, I was left with uneven breasts, significant scar tissue, and ongoing complications. Multiple plastic surgeons I consulted afterward expressed concerns regarding the outcome and informed me that I now have issues including capsular contracture and substantial scar tissue formation. What has been most disappointing is not only the surgical outcome but the lack of accountability throughout the process. I invested thousands of dollars, endured multiple surgeries, recoveries, emotional distress, and years of hoping for a result that was never achieved. This experience has had a significant impact on my confidence, mental well-being, and trust in the cosmetic surgery process. I had the moles removed in April of 2022 and it's Sept of 2023 and I've left messages for billing to call me back and they won't! I've called simply asking for clarification on their codes and what exactly they are billing for, with no response.
