Been awhile since we had our carpets cleaned. Didn't think they were that bad, but wanted them cleaned before new baby arrives. We were pleasantly amazed at the difference. We didn't have the whole house done, just the high traffic areas, but now you can really see how clean the previously dirty areas are compared to the areas we thought didn't need cleaning. We will be calling Brian back to do the last room soon! We'd also like to note Brian's excellent customer service. Very pleased with the service we received from Bradley Carpet Cleaners! The owner was the guy who did the service and he was very professional and did a great job--the carpets look brand new! We mentioned Yelp and got the 3 rooms (200 sq feet) for $75. Our rooms were a bigger then the 200 sq feet or whatever the standard is so our entire downstairs cost $90. The owner was very professional and took his time making sure they carpets were really cleaned - he was over for 3+ hours. And told us to call if something didn't look right after it was dried and he'd come back and make it right. Brian Bradley of Bradley Carpet Cleaning has been over to our house three times last year. Brian is great; always on time, professional and very thorough. So I found Brian using Yelp. He had just 2 reviews - so we thought we would give him a call. We had a new French Bulldog puppy and we were in dire straits. Brian inspected our carpets with a black light and provided an estimate before he started. Then he proceeded to carefully pre-treat every stain and then spent three hours thoroughly cleaning our carpets and floors. He made sure that by the time he left, our carpets were clean, both stain and odor free. No perfume-y coverup. No nasty chemical smell. Just fresh clean carpets. And - even better - the odors and stains did not re-appear. We were very happy. So of course, we are repeat customers. We especially love that he is WONDERFUL with our dogs. Brian has cleaned our carpets several times and always does a great job! He goes above and beyond to make sure any stains and smells are out. Our carpets and floors always look fantastic after getting them cleaned. He will literally get on his hands and knees to see where an odor is coming from as I just hang my head in shame for not knowing. He keeps you informed about his process as well as anything that you can expect (that the wool rug will stink for a few days). He also says he will come out and clean any areas again if a stain shows up after treatment, but we have never had to take him up on this because it is done perfectly the first time. read more

Found this company on YELP ;) I'm so glad I did! PROBLEM: Strong pet urine odor in our son's room--so bad that my son had to resort to sleeping on the sofa. Btw, the landlord had previously hired someone else to clean it twice before we moved in, and it still had an odor. We've been here a month. Brian came over to do a quote. He was thorough--I mean, on his hands and knees thorough, smelling and looking over each area with his black light. He spent about an hour checking the room and even checked the other 2 rooms just to make sure there were no other pet urine issues "hiding". He got back to me and provided me with some options. One of his options included just replacing the whole carpet and padding altogether--even if that meant he would lose our business. That to me, shows he was honest, and looking out to see how we can best resolve the issue. After getting an okay from our landlord, we replaced the padding and Brian cleaned the carpet in our garage. He even cleaned our 2 runners since he was waiting in between for the suctioning part. Today, new carpet padding and cleaned carpet was installed and Brian came by to do one last look. Again, he was on his hands and knees, checking each area. He even vacuumed the carpet after inspecting that it was okay and said to call him if there was any issue with the smell coming back. It is good when all the reviews are true! Brian was amazing, took his time to explain the process in detail and the carpets were incredibly clean. We have two large dogs and they love to play, we tend to get the carpets cleaned 3 times a year, I think with how great of a job Brian did we will drop that down to once or twice, he did an incredible job. We called multiple carpet cleaning companies in order to decide who to use and ended up picking Bradley Carpet Cleaning. BEST DECISION! My family just bought a new house and the previous owners had a dog that was allowed everywhere. The carpet had multiple areas that were heavily stained and the tile/grout was pretty bad. They walked us through the house and explained the process as well as gave us overall knowledge on how to maintain after in order to save some money. It was a really pleasant experience. They were able to make the carpets look brand new by removing the stains and the tile was a shade lighter because it had been so heavily stained with dirt. I was prepared for dark shadows, but clean carpets. They were amazing! I had my carpets cleaned 2 weeks ago. Brian is a nice guy who took his time in examining my carpets including getting on his hands and knees to sniff the doggie potty spots. He ended up recommending the deep pet stain removal on one spot and the basic spot remover on the others. He did a great job, my carpets look new and no pet stains! I just had a carpet cleaning by Brian today, and I'm very pleased!! We had a cat for a long time and tough stains that didn't come off with stain remover nor vacuum carpet cleaner that my friend had. The stains were completely gone and he showed me where my cat peed on the wall using blue flash light. No sales talk, right to the work, answered all my questions very clearly. We have had some not-so-great experiences with overpriced 'big name' cleaners in the past. Brian and Randy showed up on time, with great personalities and attitudes (very friendly, but not overly), professional demeanor, and a great deal of knowledge. We could tell from the start that this would not be like any carpet cleaners we had had in our home in the past. The only question remaining was, would the carpets look that much better after they left? I'll be honest, our carpets looked awful! Embarassingly awful. They are 7-ish years old, much of which were during my (now) husband's bachelor days... it's safe to say they were never professionally cleaned previously. Brian was incredibly thorough and professional, blacklighting the carpets, checking for odors (yes, he literally gets down on hands/knees and sniffs around), etc. He was honest in his explanations and opinions of what our carpets needed, I never once felt like he was trying to "upsell". Here is the best part-- at one point, he stopped and came to ask if we wanted to see the dramatic difference side by side (which was cool all in itself but also shows how much pride he takes in his work, he wasn't just trying to get out of here as quickly as possible to move onto the next house)... no joke, there were 10 shades between clean vs dirty!
