I contacted Nicole/Artistry because we recently relocated to Mesa and needed the carpets cleaned in our new home before we moved in. I originally chose Artistry because we like to support small businesses in our community, and it also had overwhelmingly positive reviews. We couldn't have been more pleased! Everything was positive from our first interaction, and Nicole was a God-send!! She is super friendly and has many connections in the local small business community - very helpful when moving here from out of town! Nicole talked me through the condition of the carpets, the price was excellent, and our carpets were perfect when we moved in. I had also asked for the tile to be cleaned, but after evaluating it, she informed me it was in near-perfect condition, and we could wait on it. Nicole is honest and knows her floors!! (Just one more positive thing to add: We didn't know anyone in the area when we were moving, and before I moved in, my husband left the garage door open to the new house and left town(!!).
