I dropped my 2016 Cadilac off at Bradley Chevrolet Collision Center on Sunday 08-28 for a Monday, 08-29 morning appointment. The first problem was there is nowhere to leave your key? No sign, no dropbox...NOTHING. After walking all around their facility I decided, by chance to leave the key in their service department drop box some 300 feet behind me around the corner. The job (rear bumper skin) was supposed to take 7-10 days. I picked my car up on Tuesday 10-04, yep 37 days later. I get part delays, insurance delays & employee delays. Here is my problem. I, or my wife, called them five different times for updates. I, nor my wife, received ONE call from them, no text, no email...NOTHING with the exception of a call on Monday evening 10-03 stating my car was done. In my opinion, this is simply unacceptable and there is NO excuse. When I picked the car up it looked like it had been sitting outside for a month. Again, not acceptable. The LEAST they could have done was have it washed. There was no way to check the quality of work because the car was too dirty. They did give me a coupon for their car wash, but couldn't find time in the 37 days they had it to have it washed. Overall this was an extremely poor experience & I would not recommend them... I can only writye one review, so, here is bad service, part two: ***Buyer Beware*** I had some sort of leak on my driveway from my 2016 Cadillac and it was sitting at their collision center for over a month, so, I asked the service department to check out where the leak was coming from. As has been my experience with this dealership...I heard nothing from anyone...no call, text, or email. After four days I called them & was told it was the transfer case leaking. I asked him to please send me the estimate in writing...Here is what they sent me. Hello Steve, Rob from Bradley Chevrolet. The tech found the transfer case and transmission pan leaking on the CTS. The worst leak is coming from the transfer case. The quote to replace the transfer case with a half-hour diagnosis charge included is $2730 installed with parts, tax, and labor. It is a 4.5 hour job and all the parts needed are $1716.36. I would consider the transmission pan gasket leak as a seep and it is quoted at $520 to replace the gasket, filter, and refill the fluid. I will also let you know that you are only about 500 miles out of the factory powertrain warranty. Being a Chevrolet dealer I cannot do Goodwill Assistance on Cadillac's but if you regularly get the car serviced at a Cadillac dealership they may be able to offer you some assistance on the repairs. I then took the car to Lockhart Cadillac on Tuesday 10-04. I received a call from them on Thursday 10-06 explaining that whoever diagnosis this did not know what they were talking about. The leak was from a hairline crack in the transmission pan & that it needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the transfer case. I assume this is just ignorance or incompetence on their part & not an attempt to do a job that clearly was not needed.. read more

I purchased a used vehicle in 2023 from the lot, I was assured it was in good condition I believed I was getting a good deal. When I purchased the car there was no spare key nor a physical key for the fob, but was promised a solution to both on the dealers dime. It is now 2025, and I have been ghosted by both the salesman and the dealership numbers they have provided to get said keys. On top of that, when doing maintenance on the vehicle, it was discovered that in the body of the car there were ROOFING NAILS stuck into the body, which the general manager was quoted saying "We would not have sold you the car with this in it" when I asked about help repairing damaged prior to my ownership. I have been left to foot 2000 dollars of repairs on my own due to the negligence of their inspectors, as well as 700 dollars in new key fees from having to foot my own bill. Utterly disappointed in thus company and I have reiterated my general dis satisfaction to all who would listen, I will never buy a vehicle for anyone or myself from a Bradley store again. read more

I went to the dealership looking for a reliable car to get me through two more years of school and they sold me a car with rusted out suspension. The whole control arm bent while I was driving it. The repair cost is $3k. Don't trust these people, they will sell you junk car for top dollar. read more

This is the place to go if you want your vehicle worked on. The service is awesome!! They do a great job on working on your vehicle and if they aren't busy you will usually get in and out in about 20-30 minutes. But if they are busy you better believe that your going to have to wait about an hour. They are also very friendly when it comes to their customer service. They also have a waiting room to use while you wait on your vehicle to get done. But the reason for the 4 stars is because of their prices. Its not cheap at all. If you have alot of stuff that needs to be done to your car your going to be paying a pretty penny. read more

If I could give them zero reviews I would. I definitely will not be coming back for anything here. I have bought 2 vehicles from here (mainly because I didn't have a choice) and have been extremely dissatisfied for each. My SUV had a spare key mailed to them and they misplaced it and now want me to pay for a new one...that doesn't make sense to me. My other car had been worked on a lot the past 2 years since I've had it and now they all of a sudden can't fix the airbag issue. I don't know how you can call and tell me with no problem that not fixing my airbags isn't a big deal but I need to pay for my tire that was fixed...I have no problem paying for service but I think I need to be compensated somehow for all the problems I've gone though with them. I have removed all decal from both vehicles because I refuse to give them more service. Not sure how someone can feel comfortable running a business like this. read more

I have bought multiple cars from Bradley and always loved them. Until I got into an accident in my brand new car. Insurance asked who to fix it and obviously I trusted Bradley. They have now had my car for over a month and it still isn't fixed. On top of that my rental is running out and they refuse to do anything to help me. I am a single mom who has to work and get my child to school. Not everyone has the funds this time of year to spend $50 a day on a rental. I am furious with the people here. I called everyday and was told there was a good chance they would have it done by the time my rental was up. Two days before my rental is due back they tell me no way it will be done. Seriously, some people. No offer of a loaner car or anything. Trust me when I say my next car will NOT be coming from this place. read more

I bought a brand new Tahoe here in 2004. When my wife and I went to sign the paperwork, we noticed a slice in the front drivers seat leather. Sales guy said they would replace seat. Job looked perfect until filler decayed 5 years later and revealed same slice. Kind of late to repair under warranty and kind of late to track down lying sales man. TOOK car in to check out gas gauge problem last month. I kept running out of gas at 1/4 tank. Paid over $500.00 for replacement of gas level sensor. 3 weeks later same problem. Ran out of gas a second time and took it back. Svc. Mgr said they couldn't find any problem and it could cost over $800.00 for replacement of fuel pump. When I asked if I would receive $550.00 credit for sensor that I obviously did not need, he kind of smirked and told me that the readings they got when hooked to computer read that I did have a sensor prblem at that time but not this time. I'm sure the techs are good,but the Mgrs come across as pretty sleezy. read more

Buying my truck was a pleasant pleasure to deal with and the service department i was very pleased with how they got me in and got the job done pretty close to the time they told me. Do not EVER trust Bradley Chevrolet. They advertise really nice cars online at good prices. Then they set up an appointment and when you drive ALL the way there, they make up some sob story about how the really good car isn't available anymore, yet they have these other (MUCH less nicer and more expensive than what was advertised) cars for sale. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. They border on illegal. They even tried offering me a vehicle with a messed up title! This is NOT a professional place to buy a car from and I certainly wouldn't trust their financing! read more

Inquired about a car. was told it was in Bedford and would need to be transferred. They set up an appointment for me to see it. The salesman reached out to inform me car had arrived, confirm my appointment for the next morning, and complete preliminary negotiations. I was then informed that they sold car to someone else the evening prior to the appointment. The sales manager got on the phone in defense of his salesman. Didn't even apologize and said "Yup that stinks but the only thing we can do is sell you another car...I don't think so. An incredibly frustrating poor customer service experience. read more
