When my tire dropped several pounds of air quickly and the light came on, I stopped in Fletcher Chrysler to have it checked out. They did tell me I needed an appointment, but luckily squeezed me in because there was a no show. It didn't take long to find I needed a new tire, but it would be the next day before they could get one in. I appreciate the friendly service and that they have a driver who can take you home, but when I picked my Jeep up the next day, I got a few miles down the road and discovered another tire had the same problem. This is where things went a little south. I wished they'd have checked all the tires before sending me off, but not sure if they do that without the customer requesting it. I did have them check the other two just in case and they were fine. Again, tire was not in stock and since it was a Friday, they said it would be in on Monday. I had to call around 3 to find out what was going on and was told the tire just got there. About an hour later, got a call back and said they couldn't find it even though it was marked as delivered. So it would be another day before my car would be finished. Kind of a lot just for a couple replacement tires, but it's fixed now and everything seems to be fine. Like I mentioned earlier, very nice customer service, just maybe lacking a little in efficiency with some other areas of service. read more

Reached out to Fletcher since their dealership is only 1/2 mile from my office and the refused to look at the truck because they are "not accepting new customers" at the moment. Had my 2016 Ram PMCE towed into Fletcher Dodge in August of 2023 for ignition cylinder replacement. It took 3 months for part to arrive. Shop installed cylinder and could not program keys. They claimed they needed new and different parts. Then was given many different reasons it was taken so long. During this process their communication was almost non existent. Fast forward to February 2025, service manager called to say the couldn't fix the issue, "come and get it". They did tow it to another dealership of my choosing. The new service shop had the issue repaired within 3 man hours. New shop stated "they had to undo the mess Fletcher made to do the repair properly." Fletcher had my vehicle for 17 months, could not fix the problem, broke parts within the van, the radio, backup camera and dash display does not work properly, the van came out in worse condition than it went in. They are incompetent in vehicle repair and negligent in proper communication and dissemination of information. Fletcher does not have the knowledge, the aptitude, customer skills or technical IQ to be a viable and reliable automotive repair center. Their incompetency in repairing my vehicle and negligence in communicating with me cost me thousands of dollars in income and more importantly healthy mental well being. To that end, avoid Fletcher Dodge of Franklin, IN, at all cost. Your vehicle investment and personal well being is no where on their radar. BUYER BEWARE! read more

We have bought two vehicles from Dick Glies best salesman I have ever dealt wit. I purchased Glass Coat for my new truck ended up driving in road paint on July 15. Took my truck in on July 16th to get a quote for repair since it's covered with the glass coat. Wait 3 weeks nothing finally get a call back and they tell me the detailed forgot to send it in and add that the plastic trim had paint on it. Wait another 3 weeks no one ever calls me back after calling them every day. Finally they call back and say they will cover the getting the road paint on the paint in my truck but with not cover it getting removed on my trim. Ok what is the point of payI g for glass coat what a rip off. But whatever fine!!!! So this also covers a rental while they repair. I ask about that as well am told well we will have to see about a rental....NO THAT IS COVERED with the repair. No it is September 16 haven't received a check from glass coat yet for the repair still have to pay $300 out of my pocket for the remainder of the paint to be removed and we are over 2 MONTHS FROM WHEN I TOOK TO THEM AND STILL NOTHING. What a freaking rip OFFFFFFFF.... So disappointing. You have amazing sales people like Dick Giles take care of you every step of the way for a new vehicle and then the rest of them COMPLETELY DROP THE BALL. read more

I normally hate purchasing a car, but that was not the case here. I bought a car from here and the sales team was totally awesome. They were upfront, honest, friendly and very helpful. They have nice clean cars with reasonable prices. The selection is decent sized, not too overwhelming. They washed the car before it left the lot and made sure that the gas tank was full. They have a showroom with classic cars on display. They are very nice, but not for sale. They are easy to deal with and the paperwork process was seamless. read more

The salesmen, Dick Gales, was great to work with and I would gladly do business with him again but NOT the dealership. Once I left the dealership the headaches began. The paperwork to register the truck did not arrive until March by which time I had temporarily relocated to Florida for work. When I went back to Georgia to register the truck, I was unable to register because the lien release had not been signed. I reached out to Mike Smith who I had been working with on some warranty cancellation and was ghosted. I attempted several times to get in contact with Mr. Smith leaving voicemails and emails. It was not until the bank reached out to the dealership threatening to make the dealership buy the truck back that I was contacted by the dealership. A gentleman named James was assisting in getting the lien release. I once again took time off work to go back to the tag office in GA from FL only to find out the dealership did not pay the taxes to the state that were rolled into my loan. I attempted several times to get a hold of Mr. James and was once again ghosted. I did not hear back from the dealership until I gave them 48 hour notice that I would be getting my lawyer involved. After the notice, I was contacted by James Romine the general sales manager. James R. was helpful in getting a check written for the sales taxes and resolving another lien release issue (the GA tag office required the original lien release which was not in my paperwork.) 9 months later, 3 trips from FL to GA plus time off of work, and many hours of contacting the dealership later, I was able to register the truck. BUT I was charged $1,700 dealer penalty fee for late registration. I requested to James R. that the dealership reimburse me for the $1,700 since it was incurred because of Fletcher. James R. said he would check with the owner and I never heard from him again. I followed up and have not gotten a response from James R. It seems like now that the truck is registered Fletcher has no interest in making this right by paying for the dealer penalty fee. I would not do business with Fletcher Chrysler again and would never send a family member or friend to them. read more

Hung up on me multiple times. completely lied about my moms cars that was taken to them for a transmission issue. they wanted to charge almost 9000$ while refusing to show the quote. I found a RAM truck online at this dealership, at a very good price. I sent them an inquiry, and they responded saying the truck was on the lot and available. The online ad stated the vehicle had only 63 miles. I scheduled an appointment the next morning to view the vehicle and speak to a sales person. I received several confirmation texts before, and even during, the drive to the dealership. When I got there the vehicle was not on the lot. The dealership owner had the vehicle as a demo, and was in KY. "No problem" they have another similar vehicle on the lot. Pretty obvious bait and switch tactic from my perspective. The sales manager, James Romine, obviously has little, to no, ethics. After writing an offer sheet he attempted to hike the price by $4,000. All the information is on their website as I type this. The truck still shows having 63 miles and no mention of a demo. The website also shows the vehicle "final price" of $71,695 but its actually $67,695. Go to Edmunds and it lists the vehicle as a "final price" of $67,995. To say the least my conversation with Mr. Romine did not go well. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be the victim of unethical practices, and extremely lousy customer service. read more

I brought my company van in an hour and a half ago..... for an oil change. The service advisor told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half and he'd get me back on the road. I've been here for an hour and forty minutes now, and they haven't even gotten my van in yet. When I complained to the service advisor, he said snidely, "Sorry, I had six cars come in before you". I have to use a Chrysler dealership, but I DON'T have to use this one. I would highly recommend any other dealership than this one. read more

Yesterday, my husband and I brought our Jeep to you for service as we were driving from Indiana back to Virginia and needed help as the lights on our Jeep and trailer had stopped working and we were in the middle of a 12 hour drive with 3 dogs and a trailer full of expensive cargo and trying to make it back safely before the snow. We were told that the software update we needed could be done within an hour and a half and we could be on our way back to Virginia so we headed your way. After waiting over an hour for the update to be installed, we were asked to pay before being given an opportunity to verify that the update had worked and the service was completed as promised which I was uncomfortable with but as I was literally stuck in your parking lot, 9 hours away from home with 3 dogs I felt I had no choice. When my Jeep was brought back out to me, I asked to test that the software update had worked before the service manager who brought the vehicle out left which he reluctantly agreed to. The update didn't work and the service manager, Don, reluctantly agreed to try again but not after making multiple comments implying I was lucky to be a customer and making me feel guilty for asking that the service I paid for be completed. After another 40 minutes, Don came back out and said that the "codes didn't take because Detroit was closed until Monday" and told me that it would likely be beamed via satellite within 30 minutes to my car and that I should leave and just wait for it to work and that there was nothing else for him to do. It was made very clear to me that he was annoyed at staying past closing (it was around 3:30) and rather condescendingly told my husband and I the problem was either our trailer, the Jeep or Chrysler and that I should just wait until tomorrow if I didnt feel comfortable driving without working headlights. As I had a 9 hour drive and 3 tired dogs and was stressed, exhausted and confused, we just said okay and left and trusted that what were told by a Jeep dealer was accurate regarding the update being beamed via satellite. Several hours later, when no update came, my husband and I called Jeep customer care around 9 pm and were told that BCM updates can only be installed at the dealership and that if the BCM codes were not showing as set at the dealership, the install was not completed properly and that there wasnt anything for "Detroit" to beam to my car via satellite. We were told to contact you to get our money back and discuss our experience and will also be following up further with Jeep USA regarding our experience at your dealership. I feel your dealership completely took advantage of us thinking we were from out of town in a tight spot and not likely to make a fuss about our money being taken. Your staff wasted several hours of our time and caused us to have to drive in unnecessarily dangerous conditions due to the weather and I dont appreciate being lied to and misled. If there actually was something Detroit had to do, we should have been told from the beginning that they were closed and the service couldn't be done when we called as we explained on the phone that we were on the road driving to Virginia. We also should not have been required to pay for a service before ensuring it was completed as your department did not deliver what was promised. Lastly, your staff should not have lied about "satellite beaming" or tried to blame their inability to install a BCM update on other issues and wasted our time and taken our money. You should be ashamed of the image your staff gives. I do want to say that one man, whose name I did not get, who I believe is retired and works in the service department moving cars. was very kind and helpful and helped me get water for my dogs and spent some time helping me problem solve how to get home when your service staff couldn't fix the issue and asked your service manager to look at it a second time as initially he wasnt willing to. I didn't catch his name but very much appreciated his help as he was the only one who treated is fairly and compassionately. read more

Took my Jeep to Fletcher for a warranty issue (rust through on fender). They confirmed that I was still in warranty for 1 more week, BUT because their body shop was booked out for over a month and the work couldn't be completed before my warranty expired, then I was S.O.L. They refused to help me and I really got the impression that they couldnt care less. That same day I took it to their competitor and within 3 days they had approval from Jeep for my warranty repair and the work is scheduled a month out. If this dealership refuses warranty work, GET A 2ND OPINION! If they won't service their manufacturers warranties, I don't think they deserve the sale on the front end! read more

had tire trouble. wallmart refused to help because they didnt want to be liable for damages that werent very likely to happen. i should of stopped here first but for such an easy repair i thought wallmart would be able to handle it but they dont have the best or brightest working at wallmart. so i get here and Kaleb takes 1 look and said looks like an easy enough repair took him 1 maybe 2min and done. I tried to pay for his services but he declined he did say he would like to see me again as a customer for the next time my car needs an oil change. This place is awful! I walked in this place Febuary 20, 2021 to purchase a vehicle. After waiting here 6 hours he came and told me I was approved! I was so thrilled! I paid 4000 down and drove off in my jeep! The following Monday I took him another 2000 and signed my contract. For 3 weeks he would call me needing every document you can think of. I started to think something was wrong but this lying jerk assured me everything was OK. NOW AS OF MARCH 18, 2021 I HAVE NO VEHICLE AND A MOTHER WITH 3 KIDS AND POSSIBLU GOING TO LOSE MY JOB. So back up to March 15th. After never receiving any paperwork in the mail for billing I get my contract out. Find the financial company and call them. THEY NEVER HEARD OF ME! So March 17 I call him and get no answer so I leave a voice-mail at 1230 pm that I'm bringing jeep back and I need a refund of the 6000 I put into it. I got there at 330 pm so he can have time to gather my cash. He left me waiting in the lobby until 5pm!!!!!!!!! Came got me sat me in the office, WALKED OUT TO TAKE A CALL WITH HIS WIFE! Came back told me loan fell through however he can give me a piece of shit rav 4 instead and give me half my money back and monthly payments would be cheaper. UMMMM NO!!! So he told me I couldn't have my money back today. Let me take the jeep for one more day and i need to take it back today for a 4000 check! I'm out 2500 dollars ive already put into this jeep!!!! Im humiliated and heartbroken. All their positive reviews has to be family, friends, and rich folks. Not normal hard working people just trying to make it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

My experience with Fletcher Chrysler was outstanding. My wife and I drove down to see a 2013 Town and Country that I had found on the internet. When we arrived, we were greeted by Chris Sweet. He immediately took me to my contact I had made on line. Chris wound up being our salesman and we couldn't have been happier. He was very personable and never once came across as the pushy car salesman. He wanted us to be happy with the vehicle. Gave us every opportunity to take our time with a test drive and letting us drive it to lunch so we could discuss it. When we sat down with him to go over our trade in and final price, he was very helpful. We agreed to a price and deal and the customer service did not stop there. There was a small lens cap on one of the side mirrors missing and Chris took care of taking the vehicle to service and have it replaced while we continued to talk with the finance guy. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership. read more

On a Saturday morning this is the only dealership service department willing to help me with my car issue!! I thought I would have to wait until Monday and risk time off from work but they told me to come in. Luckily there was a mechanic on site and after 2-1/2 hours he fixed the issue!! Long story short, after a terrifying experience with my car dying on the highway, in the left lane and during rush hour, my mind is now at ease knowing that the issue has been resolved. I emailed and asked Jessica if a 2018 Eco Diesel was available for 34869 as Carguru stated. she looked in their system and quote Yes that truck is available short on numbers this month and on our trucks and we are making some crazy deals at this time. On Saturday 10-27-18 I called the dealership and they put me through to Sarah I ask her is this truck is available at the price on Carguru she looks in the system and says yes and quotes the 34869 price. My wife and I met Sarah test drove the truck liked it went back inside , Sarah has not taken any personal information other than my name she went with us so never took my drivers license on the test drive. She went to talk to the sales manager James Romine was gone for 30 minutes at least come back then asked a question left about 15 minutes later James came over and said the truck should not be that price Carguru was wrong but he wanted to make it up how he did that was offer 2500 for my 2007 Silverado with 83000 miles we just left. read more

This is the third truck I have purchased from Fletcher, I began with the internet inquiry and quickly heard back from Brad Joiner. Brad and Jim Davis were very attentive to my "monthly payment" needs. I was looking for a 2015 RAM Brad and the team were able to work an extremely favorable deal for a NEW 2014 Laramie, with all the bells and whistles. The process took less than 4 hours over two days not including 5 emails to clarify my needs. The team at Fletcher was very respectful of my time and needs (we tow a race trailer), their team did not do any of the bait and switch tactics so common when purchasing a vehicle. Only point of interaction that was dry was the fiancé part but these group always seem to be dry, extremely business like, not much for communicating, hence the remark of 4 for the experience. I would HIGHLY recommend talking to Fletcher for any vehicle you maybe looking to purchase.
