I have returned their system as it was shipped. I have returned unused system. But still i had to pay for return shipping and on top of this, they have charged original shipping cost and 3% credit card fee. They just squeezed 30% of purchase amount out of me. I have never heard of a company charge for original shipping cost and credit card fee for a product return. This shows total insecurity on their product quality. As a consumer we buy a product with peace of mind seeing good return policy. But do not trust AquaOx return policy. They will make it very hard for you to return and will make sure to pay minimum possible amount after return.

We lost water during the ice storm a few weeks ago. Called Well Doctor and got a response quickly…read more(only thing they did right) with a scheduled time to check our system. The techs came out and checked the pressure tank (shook it and said it was bad), checked pressure switch, wiring at pressure switch & well head and then was told all components were bad and needed to be replaced at the tune of $5000. Not at anytime did anyone check the wiring to the pump and the pump itself to see if there was an issue there. Finally got a hold of the well company that installed the system and they came out and diagnosed the problem to a nicked wire going from the well head to the pump. They were able to fix the nick at the tune of $250. Beware of this company, as they may try and sell you a whole new system without diagnosing anything. Save your time and call a reputable company in your area.
