Taylor greeted me, and I told him I needed a 6 by 8 carpet for my kitchen. So Taylor tells me we have 6 by 12 carpets. OK, let's go see them. So we went upstairs. It was like carpet heaven to me. There are so many beautiful colors and sizes. So I picked out one with the help of my dad, whom I sent photos to. Taylor gave me a nice price on this carpet. After I bought the carpet and Taylor put the carpet in my car. I told him I give you 2 thumbs up 5 stars and tons of kudos. You're doing a great job. Then, when I was in my car, I realized I had forgotten to buy three floor mats that were on sale for 3 dollars each. So I went back into the store and bought the three mats. We had 2000 sq ft. of beautiful wood flooring put in March of 2019. After six months the wood was…read moresplitting and the finish was chipping off. My husband and I suspected that the wood was "green" . Mannington has a 50 year well written warranty so I wasn't worried, other than the inconvenience of having to move out and do it over. Mannington sent out their inspectors and they claimed the damage was our fault!! Something about humidity and that we needed to instal a house humidifier. Huh?! This is my third wood floor in this area and in 20 years, I have never had wood coming apart on the grain or the finish coming off. Wood Brothers were also shocked with the report results and went after Mannington. Even Mannington's local representative agreed about the faulty product, but Mannington Company stood firm. No deal! SO lesson learned - The 50 year Mannington warranty means nothing. Most of the time Mannington has very good products, but not every time. Wood Brothers has stood behind their product 100% and is going to do the whole job over free of any charges to me! Wow! Even floor removal and installation of the new product! I'm a certified welder but decided to go with Jerry (Precision) since talking with him about…read moreanchoring down my flatbed, I figured he could do it faster with all his available machinery. Boy was I right. He anchored my flatbed, installed a B&W goose neck drop in combo 5th wheel (the 5th wheel drop in will be bought later), bought 2 side underneath tool boxes installed, wired the trailer lites etc. and painted the anchor sides underneath on both sides. I'm a top welder but they did as good or better job of install than I could do. The shop guys (employee's) are second to none. The breaks on the anchor points from frame to bed frame are perfect. I don't do reviews but felt compelled to give one to these top notch flatbed installers a review, they are that good. Thank's Jerry and all the guys at Precision Welding & Off Road.
