My experience with this company involved the liquidation of a neighbor's property, After reading all other reviews I found identical situations to my experience including negative interactions with the staff, indifference to the impact to the neighborhood as well as leaving a mess behind for others to clean up. We experienced high traffic on our small street and needed someone to help directing cars/trucks when no street parking was available. Staff just laughed when we asked for assistance. Many vehicles double parked leaving no space to maneuver. This situation ever resulted in a fender bender. In addition, customers parked too close to resident's property resulting in damage such as trampled plants and broken irrigation systems. The company unplugged some electrical outlets in the garage, incorrectly turning off the homeowner's irrigation system. This was discovered some time after the fact and after many plants were dying. The entire experience lasted well over a week, from prep for sale to after sale large item pick up. Please be aware of using this vendor (Bradley Liquidation Services (BLS)) for your Estate Sales needs. We were expecting much more value than was delivered. There were numerous issues that my family and I observed. I am admittedly an "outsider" that hired this vendor. I live in California and used EstateSales.net to select this vendor for my family's needs. Both my parents are in assisted living facilities and the home is a financial burden. We sought to sell as much of the contents as possible. We provided a mostly organized home for the vendor - and the vendor admitted as much. What was delivered was very disappointing. Below is a summary of the experience: I was admittedly disappointed that the event was postponed one week and that I was not able to participate with the vendor directly on the pricing and organizing. The contract states "The sale is scheduled to be conducted on or around September 30th, 2017" - so moving the event was covered. My family believes that this was intentional so as not to involve me - I do NOT hold that same opinion but have become suspicious. Family members and the realtor all believed that the prices were set too high on most items. I recall us discussing the price of the Mersman Antique Table at $300 - $400. I suggested the higher price ($400) due to a personal attachment to that item with flexibility to lower it. Instead, I understand the price was set at $700 - a value from an online source. I did NOT intend for all furniture to be priced this aggressively. Less than 20% of the contents sold. There are accusations that some items (most small from my understanding) that went missing. I do not know of any evidence of such but believe this part of the contract could have been handled better. My family believes that items NOT MARKED as SOLD were taken anyway. This may be a misunderstanding and / or a procedural error on the vendor's part. One of the vendor's references expressed concern about their organization (including delays in providing signed contract, pricing of items, etc.). This appears to be one example of that reference's feedback that I hoped we would avoid. There were conversations regarding an inventory list. I assumed this was part of the contract but found out later that this provision would have cost another $400 - resulting in $37 cash payment to my family out of the ~$2,000 sold. I take responsibility for this since I did not ask but it does not feel right to me. The home was left in an unclean state BUT an amendment with the vendor covers this situation - this was my request. My family expressed concern over the uncleanliness - however the vendor was not given the opportunity to finish that cleaning. My family was so bitter that they were willing to take on cleaning the home. Not knowing how the "liquidation" was to be handled, my family decided to keep all remaining contents and is pursuing our own "At Home Sale" to see if we can sale any additional items. I received the payment over 2 weeks after the event when I was expecting it sooner. This has caused some minor delays in our house sale efforts, in particular the photo shoot and the first open house. Use care if you select this vendor. Ask more questions than I did and stay actively involved. read more

i hired this company and was very pleased. I needed to have a sale asap since my house sold immediately. They were professional and able to accommodate all my demands. They priced and set up everything in a matter of days. Their contract was easy to understand. The day of the sale I visited and shocked by the amount of people in line. It was profitable and they helped me move the belongings I didn't sell to my new home. They are very personable. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a sale. read more

I highly recommend Bradley Liquidation Service. When I was transferred to another state for my job I needed to liquidate my household quickly. I hired Nancy for this service and was very pleased with their performance. They transferred all my stuff to a location offsite and cleaned my place perfectly. I actually received more than I expected from the sale. They have the ability to appraise on site. Her son, Jared sent me pictures the day of the sale. Amazing the amount of people it attracted. Beware using BLS (Nancy and her son). We did not have a good experience. What should have been a profitable estate sale ended up in a $200 loss. The first red flag was when the first 4 companies I contacted had a 5 month waiting period but BLS said they could do our estate sale in 2 to 3 weeks. How i wish we would have waited for a different company. In a nutshell, they overpriced everything to the point where few items were sold. The contract we signed gave Nancy the first $1000 and then 30% of total sales. The contract also stated what didn't sell in the end belonged to BLS. They were to donate what was useable and in good shape to various charities and dispose of the rest in dumpsters that we were responsible for renting and paying for. We were strongly discouraged from attending the sale but afterwards we were told by 3 people who regularly attend these sales, that BLS placed ridiculously high prices on our items and they were unwilling to negotiate. The end result was the need for two 20-yard dumpsters at a cost of $400+ each. According to the contract, we were not permitted to take any of the remaining items, however, it did not appear they put much effort into donating what was left. There was so much furniture left that i believe Nancy's son was actually relieved when my sisters-in-law and husband agreed to find homes for much of it rather than see it thrown in a dumpster. Since our sale I've spoken to several people who have used other estate sale companies in the area and those folks had a much different (and profitable) experience. read more

We had a terrible experience with this company. My father was selling his house as he had moved in with my sister in NC. No one was there to sell the remaining belongings and clear out the house to get it ready to sell. Nancy assured us that she would have an estate sale, donate the remaining items and clean the house in prep of putting the house on the market. She discouraged us from coming to the sale which was fine with us but lots of friends came. They told us that the house was a mess, she had not put down plastic or any covering on the carpets to protect them from muddy feet and a ton of stuff was left. Nancy told us that the agreed upon time was not enough time to clear out the rest. Our real estate agent was to put the house on the market and had to pay a fine because she couldn't list it. Our agent went in after it was over and sent us pics. There was stuff there that wasn't even our parent's! She was bringing stuff in to sell at our home! And the floors were a mess. There was pee in the toilet and the heat was on 76! We tried to contact her to ask her why this stuff was happening but she refused to call or email me. Do not use this company. They do NOT make a difficult situation easier. read more
