Since I travel to Louisville with moderate frequency, it's no problem to have a doc there. Wait time for new patients was 2 weeks, below average of other places I called. The main thing is that Dr Gilberts took her time and didn't rush me out. We had engaging conversation and she easily established trust. It was frankly the first time I did NOT feel like another faceless copayment. I felt human and like she genuinely cared about the outcome of my health. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr Gilberts and I am excited to have finally located a doctor that understands me.
