Of course, I felt really bad since Whitehead's had shown up on the scene. I informed them I would be driving the vehicle. I asked them what I owed them. I figured just showing up had to cost them something. At least, it was an inconvenience. They told me I owed them nothing. Additionally, the window on my vehicle was busted out in the accident. I was concerned about how to secure the window for a 400 miles drive home. Whitehead's helped me cover the window with a plastic wrap. Now, I really felt like I owed them something for using up their materials. And, the service they provided was very useful to me. They saved me probably 2 hours of time while I had a very long drive ahead of me. Once, again they refused to take any money. Obviously, you have to charge people money to stay in business. In my case, Whitehead's helped me out in at a time when I certainly needed assistance. I'm sure they also knew that since I live out of town that what they were doing wasn't even going to get them a future customer. For that reason, I felt the least I owed them was a great review. When Butler's showed up, they told me that it would be at the Lincoln location (less than 2 miles). There was no option to be towed elsewhere. I called on the following Monday to ask about what to do with it and they said I could pay $660 for the right to tow it out OR I could pay them $125 and give them the title. It felt like they are preying on people who are in difficult situations. Effectively they had me pay for them to take my car and sell it for scrap.

The claims seems to be a farse and they had no legal reason or reason on my lease to target and destroy my car. I also paid my deductible since they won't take responsibility and now they are not only not paying for my claim and transmission but keeping me from getting it fixed under my own full coverage. The man has no integrity whatsoever: he was hired to take the vehicle, and cover up for the owner of Ole Ben Franklin Motors Josh Pool. They sold us a vehicle that was never going to pass inspection in Pennsylvania being EPA deleted. Having registered 7 times in the last six months. Coincidentally; Reliable was the recovery service each time. When we could prove this legally, we were sent a text: We will see you soon. That morning at 1:38am the recovery agent Trespassed and destroyed two electrical poles with Transformers. $15,000 per transformer $30,000 per pole, and to boot now the cops won't even give us his insurance info for our Lawyer to sue. Do not trust these people. This is Dirty business anyway; you look at it! We are suing all parties involved and body cam footage is our proof.
