The only thing that has left me puzzled is that our old washer hoses had to be reused with our new machine? We were told new hoses did not come with machine at delivery! So we are starting with a brand new machine and old hoses. Not happy about this especially when the cost was 1500.00 (includes tax and delivery fee). In my opinion we should have been given new hoses or at least advised we needed to buy them as an additional cost. I have read hoses need to be replaced every five years, so they are now overdue. I give 4 stars because overall happy and the hoses are not expensive but it is the principle of a new sale and customer expectation.

We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha!
