I left an email requesting a quote for repair or replacement of my 12 year old Rheem Water Heater, Carole responded within 30 minutes. Within an hour, one of Bradshaw's technicians arrived to give a free estimate. He analyzed and explained the problem clearly to me and gave me two options, replace Heater element and see if that corrects the problem or replace the unit. He was clear that he would have to charge for the element replacement, even if he replaced the entire unit. We jointly decided to go with the Element replacement and it worked so far. The unit no longer leaks and we have hot water. So the whole process was completed in 3 hours from initial email to repair completion. Best experience I have had with a plumber and Joe was really professional and conscientious working to meet my requirements, budget and many questions. Really great service. Called on a Saturday morning because I could hear water running behind the bathroom wall, although there was no moisture anywhere. A truly nice service rep showed up about an hour later and spent at least 45 minutes trying to figure out where the leak was. Wouldn't give up until he found it. Finally isolated it to the pipe that runs from the house to the dock, which allowed me to close the valve to just that line unless I need to use the deck hose, which saved us digging up the slab and possibly going under the pool! Best $125 I ever spent, and I would highly recommend these people. read more

BE AWARE this company hires sub contractors to do work when they dont have the proper equiptment to do it themselves. Than later after the job is all said and done, I recived letter that my property was being leaned because of nonpayment to the hired sub. Dont understand how a company in todays time can hire a company to complete a job they are not capable of doing, expect the homeowner to pay the bill and then they skip out on there hired help and leave the homeowner to deal with this mess. thanks Bradshaw read more

the best of the best. we had problems in our vacation home. one call and they came fast. they found the mistake soon, bought the 2 parts and came back next day to fix it. after this we had another problem. they came 20 minutes later, was a small thing to do and after asking how much it is came the answer "nothing, doesn t need a second for this". Bradshaw came out on short notice to check out a leak we had mounting up our water bill. They indicated they were equipped to perform leak detection; however, it required a 3rd party. Once the leak was identified, Joe came out and repaired the damage. Everyone at Bradshaw is top-notch. Carole is great on the phone, Joe really knows his craft, and Bill responded quickly to my inquiry on Yelp. While we had a little disagreement over the invoice, Bill & Carole went out of their way to keep us as customers. My only issue with Bradshaw is that while they claim to do leak detection, they won't find your underground leak without digging or calling in another company. If I have a plumbing problem in the future, I will think of Bradshaw first. read more

We had Joe with Bradshaw Plumbing over our house today to use a camera snake and detect the issue causing backup. Other plumbers had snaked the drains, but when it backed up again, had told us they needed to replace pipes under the slab for thousands of dollars. Joe showed us on video that no pipes were broken, and assured us he could do a better job snaking the drains than the others, who had not done it properly before. He stayed a long time, did an excellent job, gave us an extremely fair price, and saved us thousands. A++++ service. Reliable, reasonable, competent, and honest. What more can you ask for? I hired Bradshaw Plumbing to replace an aging hot water heater, relying on Yelp reviews. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of their work. William Bradshaw had to spend hours to obtain a permit, which was arbitrarily denied by the city through no fault of Bradshaw, but he was extremely patient and returned to get the permit without complaint. The plumber who installed the hot water heater was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up when done. I also had him fix a leak under a sink, which he also did quickly and neatly. The jobs were extremely well done and the quality of the water heater was ten times better than what you get at the big box stores. Throughout, Carol in the office was extremely helpful. No need to get into what put me in the unfortunate situation that required Bradshaw plumbing's help. All you need to know is that when I went on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency, Bill Bradshaw got back to me in less than 20 minutes and gave me his number to discuss the problem on the phone. Once he had a good idea of what was needed, he got me pointed in the right direction to get started as well as answering my numerous follow up phone calls and questions. They had Joey, one of their licensed plumbers, call me to set up my appointment. He showed up right on time, and although he said it would take him 5 1/2 hours, he was done in just over 4! This included removing a water heater and replacing it with a tankless (supplied by Bradshaw with warranty), re-running and soldering new pipes and a whole bunch of other stuff that he explained but I don't have time to continue with as this is already a long review! When Joe was finished, my place looked exactly as it did when he arrived, except a beautiful new tankless water heater sat where an old broken down tank used to! Thank you Bill, Carol, and Joe. An excellent family owned plumbing business, extremely helpful, knowledgable, courteous and honest. We use them for our Deerfield business and also our residence in Parkland. His son, William, is an absolute doll and a gentleman who really knows his "stuff"! Highly recommend them for service calls and installations.
