The floors turned out beautiful and I really love the finish and it adds so much brightness to my upstairs. Why the 4-stars? ~~ Although the quote included closets, one closet I noticed wasn't done after they finished the first quote. After I pointed this out to them, they did it, but it only ended up with 2 coats instead of the 3 originally promised. It doesn't look as good in the closets with the 3 coats and overall the closets don't look as nice as the main floors. I also accidentally put a little scratch on the floor when moving some furniture back. I texted them to see if they would fix it and they quoted me a reasonable amount and said they would contact me, but haven't followed up with me yet. I guess they probably forgot and the otis might be on me to try them again. Either way, some small things and overall a wonderful job done! I'd definitely recommend them for your flooring installing/refinishing needs!

I explained I can't do that because it is a high traffic area and because of my large dog would have it dug up in no time.I already had a contract for him to sand all floors and refinish. He wanted to rush it and move on to the next job. I told him that isn't what I want. He sent his son to sand the next day. It sanded well then his son deliberately stained it badly. dark spots all over and his daughter let her sneaker prints deliberately in 2 spots.I was very polite and did not say a word. I just wanted them out of my house.Not to mention he talked about other clients terrible, that should have been my first clue. It is a shame that they tried their hardest to ruin a 107 year old floor. I called another company and they did a beautiful job repairing the floor.

Every time I walk into my kitchen, I am really grateful that I was lucky enough to find Ray…read more My kitchen update was nearly complete....countertop, sink, wallpaper and paint, but I had 3 cases of beautiful tile and just needed my backsplash installed. It was a relatively small but tedious job because of the size and shape of the tiles. I wasn't even sure that the tiles word work in my space. I started making calls, but no one either had the time or wanted to make the time to do what I needed, but then I called Ray. From the time that he answered my call, until the job was done, he never said no. He did the job himself, kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He instilled confidence in me because he never made anything out to be a problem or a big deal. No small thing...he's a nice guy! The project was started within days of our initial phone call and was finished quickly. It is so great to have everything done and I love how it looks!
