Bev, who answered the phone, was super sweet and walked me through the process of bringing my car in with insurance coverage and with renting a car. She did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process and her projected timeline to completion was pretty much right on. The work done on my car (removing the glass and replacing the widow) was done excellently. After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality.
