Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. I explained that I am a full-time RV'er, and she scheduled me for an 8 AM appointment the next day. I agreed. Shortly after, Allen called me and said he could only provide an estimate after inspecting the vehicle. While I understood his approach, I simply asked if he could provide a general pricing structure for those specific replacements. His response? "Are you stupid?!" I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. I calmly replied, "Excuse me, sir, please show some respect. I haven't disrespected you; I am just asking for your standard pricing for this service." He then yelled, "You don't tell me how to run my business!" At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine the level of care and respect given to their vehicles. To inform others, I've attached the phone conversation as proof.
