When I called, the associate was very helpful and was even able to add my vehicle as checked in which helped with immensely with my time frame. Check in was easy when I arrived, and they finished my vehicle in the time promised. However, I had to turn back after I had already left because they did NOT give me back my car wheel lock key. No only was it annoying to have to circle back and park but the also didn't check. If they're detailed professionals they wouldn't have given my wheel lock key to another, similar vehicle. Also I had to stop another associate to ask him to verify they this key truly is mine and fits my wheel locks. He was nice enough to assist. The last bit came a week later when I got my car serviced. My mechanic shop mentioned a tire balance and rotation notification on my dash. I informed them that I had just taken my car for two new tires so all that should have already been taken care of. Still, I said where they could find my wheel lock key in case they needed to perform the service. The mechanic shop ended up calling me to tell me they indeed had to rotate my tires because my two newest should've been placed up front, but they were not. I do not plan to return to this Industry location if I can hep it. I've never had any of these concerns at the West Covina or Glendora locations, and I've been a customer for over 20 years

Went to Andy's because he was the highest rated tire shop near me. He was busy with 3 cars when I came, but he still took a moment to greet me and when his hands were free, he came over to find out what I needed. He offered me the tires he had in stock that fit my car. He wasn't able to source used OEM wheels for my car, but he told me if I needed the exact tires for me car, I could get my wheels and tires and bring them there, and he would install them. He even shared where I can get them for a good deal. So a few days later, I returned with new wheels and new tires. Of course Andy was busy with two cars, but he got to me fairly quickly. Long story short, Andy masterfully installed my new wheels and tires and even prepared my old wheels and the barely salvageable 2 tires for me to take home (I might try to sell some and maybe keep some as backups). All with care, friendly service and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Andy's Tires and Wheels. Truly a great guy.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to confirm everything beforehand, this Firestone location in Walnut still provided me with the wrong tires. The tires I received were not the same specifications as the tires my vehicle was originally equipped with and designed for. This was especially frustrating because I specifically tried to confirm the tire specifications with the store before they installed them. I expected a tire shop to understand the importance of matching the correct specifications for a vehicle, particularly when the customer has already taken the time to verify them. The communication regarding pickup was also very poor. They never clearly confirmed the exact pickup time with me, which created unnecessary confusion and contributed to the situation. I had made my expectations clear, but the store's communication about when the vehicle would actually be ready was not clear enough. When I discovered the tire specification issue and brought it to the manager's attention, I expected the store to investigate the matter and work with me toward a reasonable solution.
