I came straight here and they were able to see me right away. All of my tires were pretty worn and were ready for replacing, so we decided it was best to replace them all, luckily they had them in stock. Coincidentally, my car was due for an oil change so they went ahead and took care of that too! Of course they don't just change your oil and send you on your way. They check for other problems, and will bring them to your attention, to assure your vehicle is in top shape. My car had a few, but I decided to have those repared another day, so they made a note of it in my file to reference next time. I'd recommend this place to everybody.

Perhaps, needing service on repairs and parts that I have already paid for. On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns,inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! Another mechanic changed the spark plugs/coils but the code was still popping up. G&J was able to diagnose that I had a bad vacuum hose. They replaced it, and the code was cleared. For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. As a senior citizen from a rural community, far from home, I was worried about whether my car could make the three-hour drive back home through heavy traffic. I was tired, concerned, and unsure what to do. I decided to take my car to the nearby Bellflower Jiffly Lube. The Jiffy Lube greeter lady told me that she would ask their top mechanic, Mario, to give me 10 minutes of time to look at my car problem. Mario offered to take a quick courtesy look at my car, near the end of a long, hot work day. He took the time to look at my engine, helped me with my oil issue, topped off my oil with a half quart of oil (two weeks removed from my Jiffy Lube full oil change service back at home) and worked diligently to coach me on how to get my car back in good working condition. What impressed me most was Mario's attitude. He was patient, empathetic, and genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. My family has been loyal Jiffy Lube customers in our small rural hometown for decades, and Mario reminded me why. He simply said he wanted to help, if he could. That kind of compassion and service is rare these days. Congratulations, Jiffy Lube, for hiring such intelligent and helpful employees! Thank You, Mario! I understood Mario's diagnosis of my engine problem, and was easily able to take Mario's advice, purchase a maintenenace product he recommemded from the near-by auto parts store (Mario gave me perfect directions to find the auto parts store) and using the product as Mario had recommended, my engine alert light went out, the car began running perfectly again, and I was able to make the 3-hour trip back home safely, smoothly, and with full peace of mind. Took a while for anyone to come back out to help me. When I brought my wife's car in I got friendlier service from a girl working check-in and the counter. Like always they offered me new engine and cabin air filters. I decline because these are very easy to change and I do it myself. Everything seemed to go fine, nothing out of the ordinary until I go to change my wife's engine air filter today and see the air intake cap is broken, which also explains an odd noise I only heard after the trip to jiffylube. I imagine they would tell me about this if it was already broken, but I believe they broke it and didn't say anything. $120 oil change and now a $40 replacement part, can't say the jiffy was worth it this time.

They shout out everything they are doing and bring you hot coffee or an ice cold soda or water if you prefer that. They go over everything with you. Show you what they recommend. No real sales pressure to purchase extras. But they show you why they think you should get some extra stuff done to keep your car maintained. They go over everything. And I mean everything. From pulling out your cabin air filter to showing you the new oil filter and making sure you see that's coming out of a brand new box and that they have greased it up. I usually go to the dealership for this kind of stuff. But today I didn't have time and I'm just about to go on a long road trip. So I needed to get this done today and the dealership takes a long time. I will say I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back again. I usually go to LongoToyota. However after this trip to the oilstop I don't think Longo will be getting any more business from me.
