Mina agreed to do a strand test so I could feel comfortable that hair would accept the color ok. After the highlights I gone back for a keratin treatment for my unruly hair. Mina paid great attention to my main concern and focused on the details. The reason I got the treatment on the first place was because my curly hair was no longer giving me the results that I had up to few years ago. I was spending a lot of money to style it and was washing every other day. My hair was no longer presentable. I was now in need of a solution to minimize the time and product used on daily basis. I am very happy with the results after the keratin treatment. I left the salon with very little leave in product and there was no need to add any more once I got home. Very honest and helpful. Original review: Really enjoyed working with Alicia in and out of this chair. First off: she made booking simple with a booking website w/ menu. I'm already booked 4 weeks out for a bang trim. Next, this is her new space. It's very clean and has a huge window with natural light. Because it is east-facing, there isn't light glare for most of the day. Finally, there's my hair. Previously, I had it colored somewhere else, and while I liked it, it was closer to highlights than balayage. You might not see a dramatic difference, but I love how the color has more dimensions now and is closer to a balayage. To achieve this, she first lightened and colored my hair and then did a beautiful melt on top to return my roots to my natural hair color.
