After the 4th or 5th time she said "Toya can do that." I got the picture. Toya is the owner & who I originally wanted to do my hair. There isn't loud music blasting, you can communicate with your stylist and hear each other. It's very comfortable and welcoming, and the stylists do not put on a false front, as if "You're not good enough to be here." I have felt that way at some salons. The Salon is clean & I've always been happy when I leave. I get blonde highlights & wear my hair short. I drive quite a distance to come here because I'm so satisfied.
