RSPT was amazing from the moment I stepped in. Front desk immediately knew who I was and greeted me, we handled forms and after the briefest of waits I was taken in for initial eval. Sarah was my PT primary and she is a true angel of smarts and kindness. I truly didn't know what to expect. It took me a bit to figure out there are PT aids/assistants who are there to help you with the exercises and the grunt work and then the PT's are there to make sure it's all going right. I was nervous about some of the motion that was going to happen to my injured digit, but Sarah nailed it with just the right amount of oomph to know that healing ain't easy but it's worth it. Then, I met (other) Sara, Jeff, and elle jeffe Frank. All of them took care of me with the same level on care and consideration that (primary) Sarah did. They definitely have some quality continuation of care notes going on! Would recommend 100%.

Jeff, the Sarah's, Frank- all of the therapists are top notch. Even the assistants, who guide you through your stretches, etc before and after being attended to by one of the PT's are great. I worked with Jeff the most and he really had a sense of what was wrong with me, and was instrumental in my recovery. I can't thank them enough!

He was a referral from 3 different friends who have had very good results of their own which was important to me. I've worked with him for 3 months and have been back successfully playing Pickleball for the last month feeling so much better! Pickleball had become a very important part of my exercise routine that provides both mental and physical benefits but has also brought me a lot of joy and I was frustrated that I hadn't been able to play in over 4 months. I found his approach to be very thoughtful as he broke down the crux of my problem and systematically built a progressive, challenging routine to target the areas that lead up to my injury. He made sure I understood the logic of each exercise and how each was an important stepping stone to improve strength and minimize discomfort and pain. I've been using a lot of cues, I've learned from him, to 'train my brain' as I've reset my playing stance and hip and knee positions to get back to playing with purpose so I can avoid making the same mistakes that lead to my injury. Sean personally always worked with me during the entire therapy time. This was very important as he could see exactly where my knee and foot positions contributed to my problem and what steps were needed to improve my performance reducing the possibility of future injury. I highly recommend Sean and Positive Energy Physical Therapy for anyone

Dr Mark, the owner, was able to diagnose my problem and created a workout that strengthened my core. Dr Mark also massaged my problem areas before the exercises and was receptive to adjusting the massage to the pains I was feeling that morning. The facility was always clean and the staff is great - they were all kind, patient, and made sure I did the exercises correctly. A special thanks to Carl at the front desk, Dr James (who I saw when Dr Mark was unavailable), and assistants Isaiah, Isabella, and Gustavo. I "graduated" last Thursday and my back pain is minimal for a 66 year old man. I received a copy of the exercises and plan on continuing the exercises at home. Thank you Dr Mark.

This review is long overdue. I'm 57 yrs old so this is not my first time at the rodeo but I will…read moresay this is the ONLY place I will ever go for PT now. PPT is exceptional in helping individuals of all ages and needs. When I tore my meniscus in October 2024, I actually told my orthopedist that I didn't want to do PT based on my past experiences which spanned places that were either too cautious of hurting me so they treated me like an 80 yr old fragile person or places that had canned exercises that never changed over months with aides that didn't seem to care but rather were just checking off boxes. My doctor recommended I try Penninsula PT so I reluctantly called to make an appointment and asked for a therapist who "would treat me like an active person not an 80 yr old" and Tameka said "oh I have just the person for you!". And be careful what you ask for because Dr Uriah is no joke! His athletic training background in combination with his physical therapy expertise is exactly what I was looking for because he is not just here to get you back to functional - his tailored protocol while intense is always safe but he will push you as far as you want to go. I can honestly say that I am stronger than I ever was because he identified weaknesses that contributed to my injury and now I feel bullet-proof. In addition to the physical therapists who are all very qualified, I've never experienced a place where the entire staff is so uber committed to their patients' recovery and well-being. Here's what makes PPT exceptional: -Focus on patient progress and outcomes: All other places I've been have a set timeslot and standard exercises. At PPT, they don't manage your treatment to the clock - they make sure you are getting in what you need including the ice/ stem even if you're finished with your exercises at 5:45. They never rush you. - Care for all age groups and conditions . When I'm at PT, I see patients across all age groups ( children, teens, young adults, middle age, senior even in their 80's ) working rehab programs tailored to each person's condition and capabilities. I have been going for a year and not only has my knee and sciatica condition improved dramatically , it's great to see others making similar progress. - The aides are spectacular. Given my extensive treatment duration, I have worked with nearly all of them and I couldn't be more impressed by their work ethic, knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and congeniality. These young men and women definitely put you to work with pleasure. - You can tell the ethos of the facility comes from Mark the owner who clearly wanted to build a business that is here to help people live their best lives. Sometimes a place that is so dedicated and committed can be serious and intense but not here, everyone who works here is obviously fulfilled and happy to be here. I honestly can say I came here for the results and enjoyed every minute of the experience and people. Thank you PPT!

I had pain in my right ankle for more than 10 years. I had an MRI, which showed a torn tendon. I went to two physical therapy facilities through my regular medical plan, but I did not see much improvement. I also developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel about four years ago from over-exercising at the gym. My daughter found Dr. Isaac and booked an appointment for me at the beginning of this year. I have been seeing him almost every week for the past few months, and the improvement has been significant. My pain has gone down a lot. I can now walk barefoot at home, which I could not comfortably do before. Lifting luggage into the overhead bin on an airplane is no longer very painful. Dr. Isaac is very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. He uses advanced equipment, but what makes the biggest difference is how carefully he evaluates the body and identifies what needs to be improved. He did not just focus on reducing my pain. He also helped me strengthen my muscles, improve my balance, and understand how to support my body better. His treatment feels very personalized and effective.

I never felt like I was getting a one-size-fits-all plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, customized rehab care.
