Prices are absurd. 2-3x the real cost of having your car fixed. Try going anywhere else.

It took longer because I needed a new tire and the one I needed was at a different location. A Firestone driver brought the tire so we had to wait. No problem. They were able to use my tire warranty to get a discount for the new tire. The customer waiting area does need to be updated. Chairs are kind of grungy.

They replaced the dipstick at their cost however I did not notice the hose that was pulled until my wife mentioned that the car was running rough. They were not able to align my vehicle within specifications. I replaced lower control arms and took it back in under warranty to get it realigned. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. That's when I met Renee the rude unprofessional manager. She told me that an appointment doesn't mean my vehicle will be serviced at that time. I was told that it probably won't be serviced until the end of the day because she only had two techs.. She was unable to find my wife's name or phone number or the appointment we had a month prior. She said that because I didn't have a receipt she was unable to look it up. I told her they didn't give us a receipt they only gave us a specification sheet indicating what was aligned I asked if they emailed the receipts she said yes I then asked could she look it up via email. She got snarky with me and said I can only look it up with your phone number or receipt number. Kept asking me why I was there and I told her to get the vehicle realigned and I then told her that they damaged the tie rods the first time they did the alignment. The boots were torn and the tie rods were over torqued. She then ask me if I was implying that the technicians don't know what they're doing, to which I responded exactly, they don't know what they're doing they tore my boots and over torqued the tie rods. These were brand new tie rods a month old. Renee then told me I don't know what I'm talking about, the tie rods don't use grease or have boots. I told her that at minimum she's they're going to replace the boots that they're cost and possibly the tie rod on the driver side because of being over torqued. She eventually told me they are not replacing anything. She then said that I was not smart for bringing it back to a shop that broke the car in the first place. That if it were her she wouldI have taken it to another shop. I told her you broke it you fix it. I also told her that the last time I was in there they broke the dipstick during a pre inspection and at that point she lost it and told me to get out get out of the shop that she was refusing service and then she was going to call the police on me. Do not go to the Coors and I-40 location Firestone.

Instead, I got a rushed, incomplete service wrapped in vague explanations and capped off with new mechanical problems that appeared within days. I was charged $250 for the oil change and a brake fluid replacement. The brake service was pitched in a way that sounded like a modest add-on only for the final bill to be far higher than expected. I authorized the work in good faith, trusting the confidence of a young technician. That trust was misplaced. The invoice is vague, poorly written, and fails to confirm whether the oil used meets Dexos 1 or Dexos Gen 2 certification a basic, critical disclosure for this type of service. I arrived at about 5:23 PM. They close at 6:00, but didn't ring me out until 6:14. Out of courtesy, I didn't check the work there, thinking they'd done their job. When I got home five minutes later, I saw the interior was in the same state same dirt, same debris. Their "vacuum" either barely touched the floor or simply didn't work. My oil life monitor hadn't been reset, which is about 10 seconds, I had to do myself. This isn't attention to detail, it's negligence dressed up as service. When it came to communicating the vehicle's condition, the failure got worse. The technician who actually worked on my car stood right next to the one who rang me up and yet, I had to be the one to ask if there were any leaks. Even then, the answer was vague, as if checking for leaks was optional. Where's the professionalism? Where's the basic courtesy to explain the findings clearly? This is supposed to be the "Signature Service" not a guessing game for the customer. A few days later, my check engine light came on. AutoZone's scan pointed to a mass air flow leak and a rich fuel mixture issues I've never had before. On top of that, the cashier not the technician who serviced my car casually mentioned I have a motor oil leak. I asked what could be done, and his answer was: "We don't know where it's at, but if you get a tracer liquid and shine a UV light, we could trace it back to see where the leak is." That's right I had to be the one to ask about next steps for a serious oil leak, and the guidance I got was vague and dismissive! A major mechanical issue should be proactively identified and explained, not mentioned as an afterthought by someone who didn't even touch the vehicle! That's not service. That's carelessness with consequences. I usually go to a different Jiffy Lube 3540# farther away. I tried this one for convenience. That was a huge mistake! My regular location has integrity and respect for customers, this one lost me to their competition for good. Corporate: if you're reading this, understand this is not a "bad day" review this is the result of negligence, poor communication, and a lack of pride in workmanship. The competition is already doing better. I'll be taking my business back to them permanently.

Just brought truck in for another service, specifically asked guy receiving not to touch air filter housing as I had just replaced clips. Did an under the hood parking lot check getting ready to leave, and clips were missing again. So 1. They messed with what I specifically asked them not to and 2. Broke/lost something off of my truck and didn't tell me about it. Easy enough to replace myself when I got home (jiffy lube didn't even offer to fix/replace what they had broken. Not the first time I have had an issue with this business, but I was overdue, had the time and didn't want all the hassles of doing it myself. Still looking for competent, reliable and honest auto maintenance in this town, this Jiffy line isn't it.

Went into a different shop when check engine came on - now at the end of our cross country trip I'm in CO - asked if the shop could quickly check the code for me. The mechanic kind of begrudgingly did, but he did it quickly and then honestly told me what the issue was, reset the code and sent me on my way. $0 dollars. Old town automotive should be avoided at all costs. Not trustworthy. I asked them if they could quickly check the code. She told me how much a full diagnostic was ($200) I should have left then. After the "full diagnostic" When I asked if they would charge me a "partial diagnostic" she said no. I asked for the Yelp check in discount $10 or $20 maybe? no. AAA discount ? No. After asking if the was anything she could do to help me out she finally caved and gave me the aaa discount because she "doesn't even subscribe to Yelp and can't understand them on the phone half the time." I don't know if it's worth noting... THE ONLY REASON I WAS THERE WAS BECAUSE OF YELP, It was 10 or $20 discount and they were already ripping me off... I regret letting my anxiety get the better of me at the start of the trip. This situation was easily avoidable. I should have just left. Still waiting for that full diagnosis btw. Boo this garage.

They didn't charge me an extra $150 for the fluid flushing AND they gave me lifetime warranty on the parts!! Nobody I've come across can beat that anywhere! I recommend to EVERYONE! SCRATCH A LIE...FIND A THEIF! (With this owner)…read more $685 Repair Bill and found out afterwards my truck was out of gas??? This should have been told to me over the diagnostic phone call on Friday!!! Not left out until I go pay the bill Saturday!!! I feel stupid but I also feel taken advantage of. I am used to the truck gas gauge being 1/8-1/4 off. Usually the gas light still comes on. This time it didn't. I thought I had gas. Truck shuddered and the Check Engine light came on. I had it towed Thursday at 4pm to Blue Castle. I told the owner Anthony I thought it was the fuel filter or fuel pump. I called him back twice telling him of the sputtering symptoms at stop signs and red lights when going to accelerate. I remember calling twice to help him diagnose it better. Still no discount off their diagnostic fee. The owner called me back about 2:39pm Friday saying it was the Fuel Pump and Sending Unit. He said parts about $300, (Amazon sells that part for $62.99 and delivers in 2 days). He charged me 2 hrs labor, plus diagnostic fee $90. Estimate was $650 Saturday they call me at 10:40am the truck is ready. I get there and the owner gives me two gas receipts timed a few minutes earlier because they said my gas tank was empty. Receipts timed for 9:18 and 11:25am. How could they diagnose the problem the day before if the truck was out of gas in the first place? I didn't know being out of gas was the original problem. The owner Anthony did not mention to me that the truck was out of gas on Friday over the phone. He only said it needed the Fuel Pump and Sending Unit replaced. Had he been honest with the diagnostics during the phone call. I could have just go get some gas, pay his diagnostic fee and go!!! It did not happen this way. They had to over charge me on parts, plus 2 hrs labor($190), plus their so called professional diagnostics fee($95)? Anthony the owner failed to tell me I was simply out of gas? Really??? It was a viable option that he hid from me(the customer) during Friday's phone call weather to do the work or not. Anthony the owner also said he doesn't get parts from Amazon($62.99) That he pays the higher prices from his sources ($280) and up charges 20%. (Charging me $319.99). In closing, weather you pay in cash or debit card it is all the same. No discounts to be found. If you pay on a credit card they charge an additional 4%. I do not suggest dealing with such practices. They definitely got me good when they could have told me. "Hey, Did you know your truck was simply out of gas???" I drove away and my truck still sputtered like it was out of gas. I stopped and added gas nearby. I do not think they put $32 of gas in my truck. My needle was on 'E' when I left. "Snakes" Is the best word I can think of for my experience.
