The owner never returned my call either. They lied about the status of the car throughout the process. They said they were working on it, only to discover it was sitting outside. When I picked it up, it was absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, greasy paw prints everywhere, no mat used in the inside. Stay away from this place!

My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. (He even gave me the lowdown on which auto insurance companies might seem like a good deal because they have cheaper rates, but they try to wiggle out of paying when you need them). I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too.
